1. The service is very good. Give advice and help in every matter.
2. Pick up at the train station and drop off at the bus station free of charge.
3. Delicious food, especially Chilli chicken and omlett.
4. There is cold beer served at the restaurant.
5. Rooftop restaurant, beautiful view, can sit all morning. during the day (there is a separate room on the rooftop to protect from the sun) and in the evening
6. The location is a short walk to see the city and to the fort.
7. There is a desert safari and camp tour service.

Woah this was the most amazing few days!!!! I was with my dad and brother from Scotland, who struggle with the heat and we’re only just settling into India, and we felt the most at home at the SHAHI palace hotel!!!!!! Devi and his family sorted everything for us. Food, rides. Money, laundry, and my trip to the desert. Nothing was too much, but also never felt hassled!! Felt free to enjoy the beautiful space. The decor is amazing and as for the roof terrace!!!! The most amazing view and vibe to just chill with a drink watching sunset, chatting and sometimes enjoying delicious food!!!!! Never felt so at home!!!! Me, my dad and my 16 year old brother loved all of this!!! Thank you so much !!!

We found the best hotel in jaisalmer. Our trip is having the best as well as in jaisalmer also we didn't expect that in Shahi palace we feel like a family hotel. The architecture they have is also very best and view from the rooftop is also the best in the day as night with more golden lights in the background fort.

The room was super spacious and clean! All the installations in the bathroom worked really well like the hot shower! The owner and the staff were so helpful for organizing any activities in Jaisalmer or bus for you!

We have visted jaisalmer and Our stay at Shahi Palace Hotel was truly memorable! The property perfectly blends traditional Rajasthani architecture with modern comforts. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches that gave a true desert palace feel. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight — not just for the delicious food, but also for the breathtaking views of the Jaisalmer Fort, especially at sunset. It felt magical dining under the stars. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always ready with a smile. Specially mahipal singh he was just the best person we met in jaisalmer full of knowledge and insight of jaisalmer Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Their suggestion for places around was out of the mind. Hidden gems with history and not that commerical interms of people. If you're planning to explore the Golden City, Shahi Palace is a perfect place to stay — peaceful, picturesque, and full of character. Highly recommended! I always recommend Shahi palace hotel the architecture and the rooms are very good. We booked 2 rooms with fort view and view from the rooms is great as well from rooftop restaurant. It is ok that we come in summer time but we get best service. Special thanks to Manager Akshay Ji and Vijay Ji and their Staff make our trip memorable.
