Stayed at desert overnight camp and resort for second time!⛺️
In 2020, first time we explored this property. We loved staying there, had so much fun. In 2024, we decided to go back again to Jaisalmer and stayed at this beautiful property. Lunch , High - Tea, Camel riding, folk dance program, dinner everything is so perfect. Highly Recommended! 💖

Food was pathetic and tent had no door to the washroom. The tent was not blocked completely and hence all insects were inside on the bed and other areas. Photos do not match the amenities in the tent. One should not pay more for a room including cultural program. Dont fall for free dinner and breakfast it is at best not editable and tasteless. Only food option we could consume was tea

We had a wonderful stay at the desert overnight camp. The staff were all very attentive and helpful, food at breakfast & dinner was well prepared and delicious, and the cultural program of an evening was thoroughly enjoyable. The included camel safari was a sure highlight - to be able to see the sand dunes up close was a bucket list item ticked off my list! the manager of the hotel, ayub, provided excellent information about the local wildlife and overall ensured we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I took one star off as the shower head in our tent sprayed water all over the bathroom - i’m not sure if all tent bathrooms have the same issue but if this is attended to it would help future guests. I really liked that internet was available to allow me to connect with family and friends overseas and share our adventures in real time. Rooms: comfortable room with attached bathroom in tent. Safety: i felt safe within the camp grounds and felt comfortable to leave my luggage in the room when out. Food and drinks: local food cooked onsite was delicious. Staff were very good at describing what the dishes were (in hindi & english. During the cultural program, there is the option to buy alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages whilst enjoying the entertainment. Snacks are also provided which was yummy. Masala peanuts were delicious. Noteworthy details: it is located 40-45min from jaisalmer town - closer to the sand dunes

Camp to be. Perfectly near to the city as well as the desert sand dunes. Owners and staff are super friendly, mannerly and attentive. They were quick to address any requests from the guests. Safari was an add on experience especially with the sunset. (you may also opt for sunrise) traditional folk music and dance adds to the ambience at night. We even had the chance to have a midnight walk in the sand dunes for some star gazing. The owner personally attended us. Food was brilliant too. Including breakfast. All in all
totally worth it. Thank you for having us!

Hey, just gotta say, the desert overnight camp was absolutely incredible! the service was outstanding, and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The camel safari was a blast, such a cool way to explore the area. The food was beyond delicious, and it was awesome to experience the local culture through the program you guys offered. Seriously, everything was perfect, and i can't wait to come back!

Well lets start with giving this camp a five star ratings. I visited this camp with my friends and saying that we had a great time staying there is an understatement. We reached there at noon and got welcomed in pure rajasthan style. There are 35 luxurious tents equipped with all the amenities. Tents have a raw feel to it with luxury. All the sides have special windows with transparent sheets covered with blindfolds to give you beautiful view of sand dunes without disturbing your privacy. Later on we went on camel safari to enjoy the sunset. (jeep safari is also very good as riding on waves)
sitting on sand dunes with your friends and enjoying the very basic but at the same time most amazing view of sunset was really mesmerising. Night time was laced with rajasthan live folk music and dance by some very talented artists ***** with breathtaking night view of sand dunes and stars. In the morning we enjoyed the sunrise though it was chilly. Food was tasty and worth trying everything. Rajasthan style but fit to the taste of everyone. K air sangri, gatta, curry, laapsi(rajasthani sweet dish) everything was lip smacking. Other varieties were also available with great taste. Management and staff was really good. It was safe and secure with good crowd. If we plan again for jaiselmer desert overnight camp will be the destination without any doubt.
