Yes. They arranged the transport to and fro the airport and the entire itinerary was amazing. The rooms were great. Very pleasant weather for winters. Very clean and calm. Secluded. They took great effort in accomodating our last minute request. Amazing service. Entire staff so soft spoken. Special mention to dhruv for making out entire stay extremely special. Cute place with cute people

Very nice experience could watch sunset and sunrise. Got a camel ride. Also got a sand dune ride. People were very friendly ready to account that every request. Mostly the staff was very helpful. The entertainment was nice. Lots of things to do when you’re there. Will come back again.

The tented camp has 10 individual tents that have all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly and warm, and very attentive. However, during our stay we were the only guests and so felt slightly inundated with the staff presence as they were all keen to assist and wait on us, where normally it would likely to have been more relaxed. They offer desert excursions, camel rides and jeep safaris. We only did the camel ride which we felt was a tad touristy, and were surprised how many empty bottles and cans had been left by other tours, which spoilt it for us. We ended up on a dine for a sunset view, but unfortunately we had clouds and didn’t see a sunset. However, what we could see were many other tented camps, which again wasn’t what we expected. However, saying all that, a desert experience is probably not our thing, but our stay at the camp was good, the staff were great and the food was amazing. There was also a cultural evening laid on which was interesting and entertaining.

It was an excellent experience at Kanak Dessert Resort Jaisalmer. The tents are quite well designed with Air conditioning. They have 10 tents for limited guests. with that you get special personal service. The service is too good and staff is humble. Food ( breakfast , Lunch , dinner )is served fresh & gives taste of Rajasthan culture. Every Vegetable dish was made with love & care. Non Veg preparation was fresh and hence the spices & meat were giving the best test. The sweet dish like Dalia Lapsi & Moog Dal Halwa had pure ghee and tasted so great. It was not at all oily but tasted heavenly. The evening programs are truly cultural unlike some others nearby who even have Panjabi & Gujarati songs ( U have no choice but to hear them as they have loud speaker ) and dance. It’s like chos. Here it’s so serene and special with starters & drinks ( for Alcohol lovers ). The dancer & singing team is also special. I can say that as I experienced it at 3 places on my tours and this was the best ! At Kanak one would feel like royal king wherein u get to stay with extreme high standards of living. The small things are taken care ! The utensils used are so traditional that you get to see when u get welcome drink while check in or even when they serve water while u are having food. The use of plastic is minimum. It. gives you the experience of Rajasthan Royal tradition. The staff is also dressed traditional with white kurta and a traditional dhoti. The Camel rides & Zeep safari is well managed with ample time and u truly get Thar experience while riding on camel. The high tea is served in Dessert with a special allocated place and bit away from crowd differentiates you from other tourists for sure. The early morn Thar experience in Thar Zeep is amazing. It’s beautiful to experience sun rising n east. Special mention to Arif who was so humble and managed the check in and check out while also ensured all services are delivered to the best. If u truly want to enjoy Rajasthan dessert culture “ KANAK “ is the only way to go. Live like a King with his family or friends , relatives. Thank you KANAK.

We had booked a desert experience which included camel rides, dune bashing, high tea, folk performances & exclusive dinner on dunes. I can’t thank enough the hospitality we received. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Ghanshyam was awesome. Food was 10 out of 10. Cleanliness 10 out of 10. I just can’t stop giving them the best possible review. Highly recommend.
