Our room was in front of the reception, so we could hear the phone ringing all the time. The room had no natural sunlight. They have a kitchen and a menu and a daily meal. The first night we asked two plates from the menu but they told us that it would require 45 minutes of cooking, so to make things easier we decided for the daily menu which was very good. The second evening, we asked the ***ager if we could order from the menu, we were willing to wait the time needed. First, he said that it was fine and took our order, then he said that it would have taken at least 1h 30 to make the dishes. It was clear they didn’t want us to order these dishes… If they are not able to prepare the dishes then they should not have them in the menu. Suggestion: make it clear that only the dish of the day is available and all other dishes must be ordered by noon or sth. The worst was the ***ager. Since we had an early morning train we asked for packing us a small breakfast (that we had pre-paid) and he said no, not even a couple of bananas. Though, after disappointing us with the dinner, he changed his mind and packing breakfast was possible. Anyway the morning after the breakfast wasn’t ready as promised but we had to de***d it again. The day we were supposed to leave we got sick and were unable to travel. On first glance, the ***ager was seemingly helpful however, in the end, he was trying to take advantage of the situation. He kept pressuring us that we had to decide if we wanted to keep the room an extra night as he claimed there’s only one room available (on their website there were other availabilities so it just wasn’t true…). At 11 we decided to stay at least till the afternoon while figuring things out , the ***ager made us pay the room directly for the whole night which was even more expensive than the nights we had booked before. After couple of hours we felt good enough to take a cab for our next destination. The ***ager organised this last-minute cab for which, of course, he overcharged us. If this is the care of the costumer, I highly recommend to avoid this place and his greedy owner.

Hotel location is good, there is parking lot, welcome drink is delicious, service is warm. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is designed in a gallery style, and friends can talk softly at the sofa area on the inner gallery, which is very convenient. Breakfast is Indian, Dosa is delicious, and there is also a Western breakfast. There is also a McDonald's option opposite the hotel, suitable for children.

My husband and I spent 5 days in this hotel and we can say that the location is great, near the city center, very silent, walking distance from ***y restaurants, coffees, and supermarkets. By the way, there's one coffee shop just beside the hotel and a deer park just in front. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with amenities and a nice balcony. I highly recommend this hotel to all. Would definitely come back :)
