The hotel is clean and tidy, the interior is beautiful and the service staff is particularly nice. My door couldn't open, and I asked other people who cleaned the room. He immediately stopped to find the front desk for me. I stayed for 2 nights and everyone saw me politely. The restaurant service is also attentive. Its location is in the city center. Convenient transportation. There are hurried cars at the door.

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy! (2) The food for room service was delicious! (3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things. (4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

The accommodation is in the heart of Jai Pua. Traveling is quite convenient because it is close to the BTS station and the shopping center is not too far away, but it is quiet for us to have a pleasant rest. The accommodation must be looked at well because that if you reserve during the promotion period you will get a cheap price

Ramada Hotel Service is as always, very professional and friendly! My windbreaker was forgotten at the Orange Hotel in Jaipur. They helped me to contact the Orange Hotel many times, and the windbreaker recovered! The hotel's breakfast is rich and the environment is elegant! The facilities are very new, patiently answering all kinds of questions, taxis are very convenient! To the Palace of the Winds 100 rupees, about 3 km. Hotel is located near Hava Mahal. You can get city bus, auto, e riksha to go nearby to tourist places like hava mahal, janter manter and City palace. All these places are within 1 km. Hotel Rooms are well maintained and functional with all amenities. Room service provided on demand. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel has own kitchen and they provide plenty of options for breakfast,lunch and Dinner. Overall experience is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic week-end in Jaipur coming from Dubai. Mr Rajesh arranged everything and make us feel special. Our guide Mr Lanksh*** made our trip easy, interesting and his kindness deserves to be know. The driver was experienced, the car very clean and the coordination with our guide was perfect. We thank again Mr Rajesh, Mr Lanksh*** and our driver for the fantastic week-end and highly recommend any one from Dubai to go for it!

The hotel is very large and the environment is very good, especially when it is at night. The hotel does not charge tips, the service is in place, the breakfast staff also specially prepared the local breakfast, although we are not used to eating. The only downside is that because the hotel is in the new city, it takes about 40 minutes to drive to the Palace of the Winds. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit before check in. The pool is very good.
