Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

Hotel location is good, there is parking lot, welcome drink is delicious, service is warm. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is designed in a gallery style, and friends can talk softly at the sofa area on the inner gallery, which is very convenient. Breakfast is Indian, Dosa is delicious, and there is also a Western breakfast. There is also a McDonald's option opposite the hotel, suitable for children.

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

Located opposite *** Sagar Lake with ***y species of birds. We saw kingfisher, swam and etc. It is just 45 minutes ride from airport. Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest. A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l. Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities. The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. ***y selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert. Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable. Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty. Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.

The hotel room is newly renovated and it is a bit old. The breakfast is also very general~ the food is not fresh. There is no taste of the Jaipur Palace Hotel. It is close to the urban attractions. There is nothing to go around in the evening.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was very good, but the only regrets were that the towels were collected on the second day but were not replaced with new ones, and that the refrigerator could not be used. However, everything else was very good. The interior was nice and clean, and the morning of the second day had to be around 5:30 a.m., so they prepared breakfast for me to take out and even made me coffee. I did. thank you very much!

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

The hotel was down a side street, which at night seemed quite forbidding. We were a bit worried when we arrived at night. However it is in a gated ground and there is a security *** at the gate. The reception is manned 24 hours and from here you can pick up information/ drinks / make payment and requests as necessary. They try and meet all requests if at all possible and advise otherwise if necessary. There breakfast consisted of buffet fruits eggs and some Indian food Omelettes could be ordered and the serving staff were really very accommodating. The dinners at night were good- we ate here twice. Their vegetarian thali was especially nice. The hotel offered an off site laundry and guaranteed a24 hour service. We used it the night before leaving and it turned up much later than expected, which was disappointing as we were trying to get packed for an early morning flight. A special treat - ask to see the tortoises.

Really enjoyed a lot. They had the best service and the best staff. Always ready to help on one call. Food and ambience is the best thing here. They had the best taste and surrounding all filled with nature and friendly dogs. They have other adventure activities, also horse riding and all. They had an amazing service of beautiful setups for your loved one Birthday or special occasions. I also want to mention two of their staff here- Vishnu ji and sanjay ji, they helped us so much and they were so helpful. I would like to thank them for everything they did. Highly recommending this place for the outing or escape. THE BEST PLACE! DO VISIT!!!

Krishna palace - amazing place, heritage hotel, wonderful people and good food. The place has a history of joint family in past who have now converted into a hotel so stay assured that you wud get a wonderful feeling. They also have a rickshaw driver raju who is extremely wonderful in showing all places. They can work on cleaning the rooms as when we came back at nit it was the same and second is have a better wifi.

My sister Viviana and I arrived at the hotel and were greeted as if they had been waiting for us our whole lives, with love, dedication, pride in serving, trying to make everything as good as possible for us. We experienced something truly amazing; they accompanied us to all the historical sites we visited. Most importantly, everyone who works at the hotel feels like it's their own and wants to provide the best service. I highly recommend staying at the Rajmahal Palace, especially because it's a RAAS Hotel. We enjoyed an excellence that was very particular and very professional!

A Palace to remember I was at this place on an official visit and was very skeptical about the type of service I would get. To my surprise this place is a gem. It has it's own character and aura which is discovered the moment you step inside it's beautiful rooms. The hotel grounds are surrounded by beautiful Gopalpura Road That feel of royalty is inscribed on everything you see and feel at the hotel. . It was an experience which I would remember for long. I would specially like to mention the names of Pankaj Ji who took every care to make my stay comfortable. & Lovely The food is freshly prepared and is very homely.
