Location is near to places to visit on hawa mahal side. Food is gud but pricey in their curry spoon restaurant. Room service and staff behaviour good. Safe for families. All in all full value for money

Ambiance are good, but there is some draw back like washrooms are average, food was good, room service was excellent, food is also good but little bi costly

Experience is very good. Tv channels are not coming. No buffet of breakfast is provided. Outside location of hotel is very bad. Very congested room.

I haven't stayed there how they can show me checking-in. And check out. Thanks

The warm welcoming behaviour of all the staffs was the 1st thing that caught my attention. The entire building is simply beautiful, decorated using magnificent designs similar to jaipur city palace, hand painted all over the walls and ceilings. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained, room service was prompt and excellent wifi facilities. The restaurant attached to it was also a sight to behold with all its grandeur and rajasthan royal vibe and ofcourse, great food. If i revisit jaipur, this is definitely the hotel for me.

The hotel was poorly maintained and even the service of the staff was not good. The washroom curtains were dirty and torn. The bucket was dirty and even the tiles and floor of the washroom was dirty and the curtain was also torn

The design and decoration of the hotel is special and cozy. Staff are very friendly and service focused. The room is spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding and ok towels. The bathroom can use a good scrub. The restaurant is very beautiful. More exposure would be good for more visits because it was quite empty though quite peaceful, while I was there, more people should enjoy the environment.

Superb stay, rajasthan food, only need to work on amenities, rest we are happy that we chose them.
