A beautiful, excellently managed property. Had checked in for two nights to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Was given complimentary upgrade to a Villa as an Anniversary gift! The entire property, including the full sized swimming pool and lush green gardens, is very well maintained. The food was delicious with a variety of cuisines. The staff, right from Muneesh (the Exec Chef), Ratnesh (the Restaurant Manager), Atul Sharma (the Executive Manager) to Arpit & Yuvraj (the Stewarts) and those at the reception desk, were the most polite and helpful lot I have ever encountered. Overall a wonderful stay & experience.

It was a 1 day solo trip to Jaipur. Though work was in the forefront but finding the perfecf stay is always tedious! Nervous and contemplating between a couple a options, i found this property through Makemytrip. On further research, i reached out to the team. They helped me with the best deal possible and helped me in every possible way. On reaching the spot, i was welcomed with a big smile. Then, as i checked in, i was mesmerized by their hospitality, prompt service, and the clealiness. Everything was top notch...be it the rooms, maintainence of the property, and more. Even so, the staff helped mewith pick and drop when I went for some work to the Manipal University (pick and drop is only for MUJ. Rest they can help you with cab service numbers). Further, when i had to stay back a few hours to match my departing time with my flight, they helped me to extend that at very minimal pricing. The food was yum and freshly made, though that did not affect their delivery time at all! Served in well cleaned crockery in both your rooms or at the restaurant, the food comes in a variety of options with a touch of finesse and taste. Be it Chinese, Moghlai or your favourite Biriyani, you name it and you have it prepared. Now, this picturesque location is your perfect escape for a getaway. The blue skies, the royal haveli vibe and the interior decors speaks of its elegance, grandeur and more. A special thanks to the staff (Poonam and team at the reception), the room service team, Mr. Ratneshwar Pathak (Restaurant Manager), the "Moochwale" uncle at the gate, the guard didi, and the list is endless. Last year in December I went to this hotel and I met Miss Rajashree at the front desk. I was very impressed by his smile and the way of talking so that's i am come back again. But when i reached the hotel and I looked at the front desk, I saw that Rajashree was not there. Its i felt so bad . She was very different she is like a sweetheart . She always had a smiling face. Oh, I missed Rajashree a lot. Well, everything is good.. The food is delicious

The property is nice and excellent, the rooms were spacious and love the view. The swimming pool is kids friendly and clean, the hotel is big enough with various lawns and halls. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances!

Terrible, Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore. Quite simply, the management here cannot be trusted to do the right thing for you as a guest, based on my experience. So I had booked two rooms for my family, including my parents, in advance, and paid 100% advance as well, almost a week before the journey. On journey date, I get a call at 10:30 am saying they don't have rooms available, due to a wedding ostensibly. As if that supercedes all bookings done previously. And without any offer to find an alternative, apology or compensation, I was told to look forward to my refund. Not only did this ruin my day, but a day later, I realised that even the refund had not been processed. Thus started a long series of follow ups for the same , before a grudging transfer on day 5. Absolutely unprofessional, and frankly, bordering on the criminal in the way they have handled this issue so far. I would urge everyone to reconsider any bookings here, where a little extra money from another customer can lead to a cancellation without notice or a second thought.

The experience at Bhanwar Singh Palace was exquisite and enthralling. The amenities, Ambience , Accomodation and environment was luxurious and pleasant. The quality of the food ***** with the dining space was up to the mark . The well trained personnel was professional and virtuous at the same time . Personally, I was in contact with some of the members of the working committee. Their names are Devendra Rathore ( Senior Manager) , Rishika ,Khaidem , Nimmi , Linthoi ( Receptionist ) and Virendra ( Staff ) . They would surely be of great help to anyone who is planning to have a stay and blast. One should visit Bhanwar Singh definitely for once in a lifetime.
