Exceptionally well maintained and amazingly located property, good food good service

Highly recommend this property if you want to relax and unwind from your daily life. It has a lot of fun activities to explore within good choice for families.

We chose to stay at the resort to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below our expectations. 1. Food Quality and Safety: During lunch, I ordered paneer curry, which had a sour taste. Initially, I assumed it was just too much lemon, but after tasting the curry separately, it was clear that it was spoiled. About an hour later, I began feeling extremely unwell and suffered severe food poisoning, which left me confined to the room and washroom until morning. As a result, I missed the high tea and dinner included in our package. I explained the situation and requested curd rice for dinner due to my condition, I was informed it would be charged extra—an insensitive response given the circumstances. The food at the resort is also exorbitantly priced, with items like a single glass of buttermilk costing ₹550.
Fortunately wife didn't ate the curry, otherwise with an infant baby it would have been very difficult. 2. Anniversary Arrangements: I had requested room decoration and a cake in advance through the booking form and email to surprise my wife. Unfortunately, the decoration was not prepared before our arrival, and someone showed up to do it only after we had checked in, completely ruining the surprise. The “special amenities” were underwhelming—a small pastry-sized cake and five pieces of fruit.
 3. Hospitality and Reception: The reception staff were indifferent and unaccommodating. I had to explain my package details and even show proof from their own website to clarify inclusions. The check-in process felt mechanical: "Sign here, sign there. Here’s your luggage and buggy." How am I suppose to know what all facilities does resort provides? where to call? what things are available? What are the timings of food and activities? A brief tour would have helped. For a stay costing over ₹30,000 per night, I expected far better hospitality and attention to detail.
 While the resort itself is spacious, it lacks the charm, warmth, and impeccable service that a brand like TAJ offers. What was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a disappointing experience marked by food safety concerns, lackluster service, and poor execution of details.

Extraordinary experience. Amazing Architecture of hotel and very courteous staff. Amazing local dishes in the restaurant Vyom. Fine in-room dining experience as well. Easy checkin and checkout experiences. Totally recommended with Family or couple.

Hi.. Hospitality is all about people and it was proved right again. We had a very good time especially with check in, check out, meals at Chinese retaurant and the coffee shop. The Hotel is blessed with some great people and I will love to name and thank you them for amazing hospitality Like Ms. Kanika Mathur, and Nishant at Front Desk, Arun at Chinese Restaurant, Surya Yadav, Ajay at coffee shop, Aniket at Chinese, Alisha at coffee shop, subash, shubham, anmol again at coffee shop.

Devi Ratn is truly living up to the highest standards that 'TAJ' is renowned for. The signature hospitality that is known as 'Tajness' is most felt and evident at Devi Ratn. One of its kind property that calms as well as excites one's mind, body and soul. Architecture, layout and landscaping that is true art form with lavish, luxurious and serene. Any number of words cannot do justice to the experience and I highly recommend every traveller to savour the brilliance of the Hotel-Resort. F&B is outstanding, be it casual or fine dining, it is all there for every palette! The Spa is befitting of Eden. An exceptional team, brilliantly and competently led by GM - Santosh Shetty, that extends warmth and care to make every guest feel special and wanted. The highest expectations from a Hotel and Hospitality, fulfilled seamlessly. Raj, Srinivas, Srishti, Executive Chef are the brilliant pillars that hold the Fort and lead their teams to weave a symphony for the Guests. My compliments to every member of Devi Ratn for churning out the finest and making Devi Ratn a true Gem in the hospitality industry.
