Appalling. On 2nd night there was a RAT (MOUSE) in our friends room on the same floor 431. Having informed reception they were moved to another room on the same floor near the gym. We were helping them with moving stuff- on my entering 420 room I spotted movement of something running across, I informed the staff member who was helping with the move (think it was Amit). He was on the floor looking under the bed with his torch when the RAT darted out from under the bed and ran across the room. HI screamed and jumped on the bed. This is a total heath and safety issue. The hotel has a a rat infestation. This was the end of our holiday- the rest of the stay we could not settle and had a sleepless night. We were not happy to even dine in the restaurant as the kitchen could also be a health issue. On questioning another member of staff we understand that this hotel had a rat issue- why was nothing done about it? The hotel should be CLOSED, pest control and safety issues dealt with. It HAS to be cleared by health officials before being opened to guests.

Our friends who booked independently via another booing site have taken photographs which they will be forwarding. We felt absolutely sick on leaving the hotel and the rest of our stay in Jaipur was marred by this experience as we were suffering from sickness and diarrhoea.
We demand a full REFUND ON OUR STAY as it was a horrifying experience and was a risk to our health.

Rooms could be better maintained.we had a short stay and it was alright. We ordered in room service from restaurant. The food was good. Overall a decent budget buy

This property recommend by my sister, she also stayed earlier but Not satisfied with the room and the amenities after check-in room were not given after an hour soo many reminder given . Charges lil high , stayed many brand like Leela , Fairfield, Marriott , radission but this property need some raise their professionalism .family also didn’t like the ambiance rooms were stinks , minibar is not there , Tv not working , overall not upto the mark Being a hotelier lil attention required

I had the pleasure of visiting Vedic Wellness this weekend, and I’m still feeling the afterglow. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed — soft lighting, calming scents, and tranquil music made it feel like a true escape. I booked a Swedish massage and a hydrating facial. Both were incredible. My massage therapist Ms. Anjali Bhatia had a magic touch — firm enough to ease tension but gentle enough to keep it relaxing. The facial left my skin soft, refreshed, and noticeably brighter. What really stood out was the staff: kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. They made sure I felt cared for from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some well-deserved self-care. Can’t wait to go back!
