Appalling. On 2nd night there was a RAT (MOUSE) in our friends room on the same floor 431. Having informed reception they were moved to another room on the same floor near the gym. We were helping them with moving stuff- on my entering 420 room I spotted movement of something running across, I informed the staff member who was helping with the move (think it was Amit). He was on the floor looking under the bed with his torch when the RAT darted out from under the bed and ran across the room. HI screamed and jumped on the bed. This is a total heath and safety issue. The hotel has a a rat infestation. This was the end of our holiday- the rest of the stay we could not settle and had a sleepless night. We were not happy to even dine in the restaurant as the kitchen could also be a health issue. On questioning another member of staff we understand that this hotel had a rat issue- why was nothing done about it? The hotel should be CLOSED, pest control and safety issues dealt with. It HAS to be cleared by health officials before being opened to guests.

Our friends who booked independently via another booing site have taken photographs which they will be forwarding. We felt absolutely sick on leaving the hotel and the rest of our stay in Jaipur was marred by this experience as we were suffering from sickness and diarrhoea.
We demand a full REFUND ON OUR STAY as it was a horrifying experience and was a risk to our health.

Very kind and polite staff. Great location. There is a swimming pool at the rooftop but couldn’t use during the day since there is no shade and closes at 7pm.

Sunday Hotel in Jaipur (March 3-9, 2025) was a delightful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and remarkably peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The food was consistently delicious, a real highlight! The rooftop swimming pool offered a refreshing escape with great views. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Jaipur.

The Room are spacious and tidy, behaviour of staff personal are much helpful and need to mention that Ms Shweta is helpful for seamless check in and check out process• Harsh in restaurant is very friendly and my stay was quite comfortable and nice

Recently visited Hotel Sunday in Jaipur for holidaying. Rooms, Dining area and Bars are very well designed. The staff members are very well mannered and polite to the customers especially Jethu, Roopnaryan and Purshottam assisted me well. Would be coming again in future if ther is a plan to stay in Jaipur.

Good overall experience. A special mention for a young *** in the house keeping dept. by the name of Irfan. This young *** went beyond his duties in setting up my wi-fi and offered other assistance as I was travelling long distances and fatigue had set in.
