I have a very pleasant stay with broadway inn. Very nice and clean rooms with a great service staff. The food they offered is so delicious. Overall a very nice stay in jaipur.

As a hotelier i know how to behave a guest but i think your staff should need training how to talk with guest and the room tv was not working we complain but the person told that some cable problem room was clean but the room look very old and not maintained and we order drinks from bar but the server didn't present bill this was disappoint for me just think how we will know and when my girlfriend ask about the bill the server didn't say anything and he went away but the room service guy was good overall it was a average stay for us

There were cockroaches and flies in the room. After 11 hrs of driving we were asked to change two rooms due to cockroaches in it. Used plates and bowls were lying in the lobby adjacent to room doors. Some days ago we stayed in the same hotel at that time the bedsheet was torned. Water bottle provided by the hotel was too small - 500 ml only.

Very poor service and dirty hotel. Hotel is promoting with the name of bucket size dirty water swimming which is useless and it is only for showoff for those who have not seen and experienced it. I recommend avoid this hotel. Many other options available in this price.
