Loved the service provided by the management. The hostel rooms were comfortable to stay and were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The crowd was good and the hostel organized activities to mingle as well. The cafe served good food.

The overall experience was really bad. There was water leaking from the AC the whole time and the staff didn’t seem to care about it much until we had to check out, and that is when a cleaner wiped the water from the room. The floor was really dirty and upon complaint the staff was like, “it can’t be more clean than this sir”. The pool photo they are advertising with in not functional and the terrace space you see in photos which seems to be a really nice common space, is a cafe, and closes by 11:30pm. In general you’ve negligible common space to hangout.

I had the most amazing stay at Moustache, Jaipur. Met some really good people whom I call friends now, those were the priceless moments of my stay. The servers Himanshu and Manish, who welcomed me from Day 1 of my stay. Ayush, the staff who was keen enough to welcome me and help me through my stay, also made my birthday better, by wishing me. The food they provided was good , not forgetting the complimentary drinks they gave. Thanks so much to all who made my stay better. Will visit next time soon.

A great place to stay especially if you are Solo. The Hosts are friendly and helping. (Hamir & Narayan) Rooms and bathrooms were clean. They also have a rooftop cafe/restaurant, which has a very nice ambiance and cozy feel . The Food they serve is really good, very balanced taste ,not too spicy. Overall Moustache Jaipur is a great All-rounder Hostel . You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommendable .🙂

Clean rooms, bathroom, even the common bathroom, highly professional and helpful staff. Good location, Should have separate luggage room. Really good and safe place for foreigners as well. Overall great experience.

Moustache Jaipur is the most beautiful hostel I’ve ever been to. The interiors, the common room, the rooftop cafe area is all gorgeous. I had the most amazing time over there!🫶 the staff is also very helpful and sweet. They also helped me with early check in.

Nice atmosphere in this hostel,the rooftop is amazing you can meet people easily and the food is great,a particular thanks to Narayan, this guy is the best, he make the difference so helpful and kind. Thanks to him I felt like at home. I had a really comfortable stay in this place

Hi Moustache team this is really a concern you should focus I stayed with you two nights and as a regular guest experience is getting worse in every visit, Every year I use to visit 5-6 times we came here just because of the Community/vibe but I noticed from 2-3 visit There is no community thing you guys only give priority to female traveller and International tourist. So that you can make money there is nothing for the guest experience. Am attaching picture you should Think there was pigeon dropping on the bed and when I was sleeping I was afraid I rescued myself falling down from the bed.
