Hotel was good to stay, staffs were very cooperative, food was also good, and the location is great.

Let’s start with the pros, decent rooms, okay on cleanliness. Cons: where to start, the service is terrible. The cleanliness was okay but we found that the towels and sheets were dirty. There was no running hot water. If you want to use the washroom at night and you require hot water you may have to call the front desk to switch on the geyser or boiler. The toiletries were not replaced every day. Even the television was not recharged and active. Coming to the buffet breakfast, one word for it terrible. They have a basic menu that is almost fixed. During a stay of three days. We did not see a change in menu items. Boiled eggs was stale, poha was very dry, Idly was hard from the sides. They did not have omelette in their menu. When we asked for omelette, the restaurant guy simply said the chef is not present. around 10 PM. At night. We required a toothpick to which we were declined that we can provide you that only in the morning. Parking space, though the website claims they have parking space but it is not in front of the hotel. It is on the side of the hotel and basically an empty plot with no covering over the plot. So there is no way you will park your car and come out with your shoes clean because there is mud all over The parking space. Overall, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone as the basic issues like fetching, a toothpick or getting an omelette done were even possible at the hotel. To every complain that we had they simply had one excuse the staff is new and they are not yet properly trained.

Shahpura Residency is good hotel. Staff are polite. Food is delicious. I stay here frequently with comfort. Need improvement in bathrooms: 1. Shower cubicle door are wrongly fitted allowing water to leak out of the shower cubicle. Very annoying. 2. Shower head needs regular cleaning to maintain spray and pressure. 3. Toilet seat need to be of good quality. Overall lighting in the room and toilet need to be bright. One struggles for bright light. I noticed staff are dressed smart, cleanliness is improved, and smoking smell was not noticed this time. Will come again.

We had stayed at this hotel previously. It has nice rooms, good food and pricing to airport. However, this time we booked through makemytrip, and the hotel gave us a very bad room. Even the ac was not working properly. Fortunately, we had booked an early flight out.

Everything was so good. The location of property is good which is connected by main road. I really enjoyed.

My stay was very unpleasant. They used the master key to unlock our room while we were still staying there.
