We had terrible experience in Jaipur while we were having golden triangle trip of Delhi-Agra-Jaipur. We booked 3 double bed ac rooms on 7th October and eventually we were given 3 rooms in first floor. Now let me list down the dissatisfaction points below. 1. The room had centralized ac system. It was not at all working properly as we have to switch on the ceiling fan at full speed to make up the mal function. 2. We had a number of unwanted room mates called mosquito. But the room did not have any mosquito repellent oil in hotel and we have to adjust with them only. 3. Shower was not working. 4. Breakfast was complimentary. But the menu was only bread and butter and tea/coffee. We asked for egg/ omelet but they said that it was not available. We will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall experience of living into hotel gives pleasure. Services is on time, Food taste is also yummy. Employee behavior is too much cooperative and takes instant actions. located on city center and best for family n friends and couples.

The Hotel is located in the heart of city of Jaipur and the room is well maintained and it is made in modern way and it has all the amenities are kept in the room and the restaurant ***waar serve a tasty food and room service is also there which is also on time and hotel has great helpful staff n helps alot in the best way they can. I would love to stay again....
