The location was great. On arrival we were given the wrong rooms (we had booked and paid for more expensive rooms ) However once this was pointed out this was quickly rectified. The staff were helpful and the setting is an oasis of calm in a very busy city. The gala dinner put on for Diwali celebrations was lovely . The hotel isn't perfect (sometimes problems with hot water but that didn't bother us ) but it has an authentic feel, which we enjoyed and staff are lovely.

Please please make sure you stay at Diggi Palace Hotel. The hotel is an oasis inside the beautiful chaos of Jaipur city. The hotel buildings are magnificent and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team.

Fabulous place, great attentive staff, excellent authentic Indian food. Very helpful to my partner when he was sick. Thank you Mr. Wilson. We will be back next year to see you. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to my friends and family.

Very beautiful property close to nature . Lush green gardens with peacock spurling in them.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very courteous and helpful staff. Would like to visit again with family and friends ………………………………………

I visited directly in hotel one lame *** on reception are so rude to me and using abuse language to me. I left , I ask to everyone if one of the hotel staff is like this kind of behaviour so , what’s other staff member is trustable?? Sorry, this is not a good behaviour with me in front of my kids. I request to owner of Diggi Palace please Fires that lame Person from your hotel.

The hotel building is a charming old place, but which unfortunately is a big state of disrepair and needs some urgent maintenance and refurbishment. But the worst aspect of this hotel is unfortunately the staff. I was stunned twice by the porter staff who stayed in my room until I gave him a tip for bringing the luggage to my room. Worse still, when I checked out, the porter arrived to my room to take my luggage and immediately demanded a tip before even touching my luggage. When I refused, he just left. When I complained about this to the reception person, he just shrugged his shoulders. The other staff at hotel also seemed very unhelpful, to say the least. I do NOT recommend to anyone in the current state it is now.

Our room was great! The bed was very comfortable, big with a lot of old heritage style decorations and feel with wide veranda. The pool was very clean and had a perfect temperature. The hotel staff was very pleasant. It was a very relaxing place to be in a quiet enclave with trees, grass and open spaces. Even peacocks roaming around. We would stay here again.

Staying at the Diggi Palace is akin to a trip back in time but with the best of service, good food in a romantic and serene garden-like setting, and beautiful historic architecture. Peacocks wander by during breakfast and linger by the swimming pool. The garden lights turn evening dining into an enchanting experience. The Diggi Palace is a little slice of paradise perched on the edge of the chaotic Pink City of Jaipur.

We went for a wedding to Diggi Palace. It's a beautiful heritage property in the middle of the bustling city of Jaipur. The serene tranquility of the place just mutes the noise from the city. You can hear peacocks in the mornings! The rooms are spacious and unique with a touch of old world royal charm. The staff is courteous and helpful. You will get a good feel of the heritage with all modern amenities.
