Good location and outdoor spaces, but rooms need renovation. Our toilet leaked onto the floor and all we could do was wrap a towel around it to keep from walking in dirty water. The couches cushions were old and stained. Accompanying friends complained about visible mold and absence of light in many rooms. The restaurant is nice with options to sit outside.

My daughter and me rolled into Jaipur late at night after a long day on the road from Delhi and Agra. We were immediately welcomed by Mr Singh and shown to our rooms. The hotel is an historic family home dating from the early 20th century and is gorgeous with marble floors original woodwork and real chunky keys. The rooms are clean and air conditioned and very unique, each with its own bathroom. The staff are amazing and very attentive to any needs. We started each day with breakfast served in the dining room before we set out for the day sightseeing. I strongly recommend staying here if you are in Jaipur if you want to get a feel for the way people lived years ago.

Hotel madhuban is a beautiful heritage hotel just outside the centre of Jaipur. It feels like a place out of time when you walk through the gates - has lovely swimming pool, large garden and parakeets too. Staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating and rooms a good size with a safe..very happy we stayed there!

This hotel is in a quieter location. With a nice garden area and small pool it offers a nice restful place after busy days. The mattress on the bed is very firm - may not be to everyone’s liking. The rooms are clean and well cared for. Showers great, wifi fast, breakfast has plenty of options.

First the good: this hotel has very helpful and friendly staff who do try their best to help you to have a good, enjoyable stay. But the hotel is a bit in need of an update. The Rooms are a bit shabby in places (ours had quite a bit of peeling paint) and you need a bit of imagination to match the hotel with the photos on line (especially the dining room and the outside). With a bit of investment this place could be great …

Beautiful Rajasthan sanctuary. Super lovely family run Haveli. Breakfast and pool very good, rooms excellent with great rooftop views of the city. Good eating and bars nearby. 1 km walk to train station.

The best hotel in Jaipur Very calm and all staff is very kind It is closed to everyplace We come for 10 years here and we are never disappointed. We highly recommend it to you. Great breakfast too. Thanks a lot

This property is not far away from the railway station and is easily reachable by a cab or local autos. It is located in a residential area, so the surroundings are peaceful. We had booked 2 rooms, and got only 1 room on time. The second room got delayed by a couple of hours. The rooms are generally good, they have the vibe of a heritage property and are spacious. The staff is quite courteous and always ready to help. We also availed their complementary breakfast which was decent enough. Coming to the downsides of this place, First and foremost, they have serious scarcity of mirrors in the rooms. One of ours didn’t even have a single mirror in the whole room, and just had a half mirror in the washroom. Another downside is lack of ventilation in washrooms. Their washrooms do not have a vent/exhaust fan at all, and the only window which it had opened in one of their hall areas! Overall, its a good property if you are looking to stay for a couple of days.
