Smooth late check-in. The first room on the 5th floor corner han thundering AC sounds, so switched to rooms on floor 1, up the staircase only. The room was well designed but the linen was dirty with hair and soiled marks. The safe wasn't working. Both were taken care of in an 1hr. Tips were given, but housekeeping was a perennial problem, weather be towels or water. I guess the heyday of this hotel is passed. Breakfast was very basic and mediocre. All staff tried hard to please. 3.Stars for the Staff.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

This was the cleanest hotel I stayed at in India. It had everything I needed, the rooms were spacious, the toilets and showers were easy to use, and the food was delicious.
The staff were very gentlemanly and memorable.
The location is also very convenient, as it's close to the airport and there's a small store nearby where you can get drinks and food.
This hotel was wonderful, so my trip to Jaipur was comfortable and I have only fond memories of it.
