Stayed as part of any organised private tour. The location is poor - on a busy road a long way out of town. Rooftop is dirty and looks derelict. No pool available. No sign of a rooftop restaurant. Room not cleaned on return at 330 despite specifically requesting cleaning at 8am. Had to ring reception to get hot water working. Decor in rooms and public areas dull and dated. Breakfast barely ok.

Clean room, cold and impossible to exchange air due to sealed window. Indeed, in the morning the water is not very hot. Self service, both breakfast and dinner, plentiful but modest food WiFi not exceptional as some write, rather slow in the evening. Passable hotel but far from the center not as far as for the time it takes to get there. Far from the monuments of Jaipur Camera pulita, freddina e impossibile il ricambio aria per finestra sigillata. Effettivamente al mattino l'acqua non è caldissima. Self service, sia colazione che cena, abbondante ma cibo modesto WiFi non eccezionale come qualcuno scrive, alla sera piuttosto lenta. Lontano dai monumenti di Jaipur non come distanza ma per per il tempo che occorre per arrivare.

We had our stay at Park Ocean Jaipur on 13th may. We had planned one day stay for kids and they had amazing time there. I would like to put up my special thanks to Satheesh.( the head of Guest Relations) at the reception for her sweet gesture. He was very polite n smiling n indeed very helpful for all our queries. We had a great memorable and comfortable stay. Be it the room service or the food everything was beyond our expectations. The Rooftop Lounge as usual the kids loved the food . The entire staff at the hotel was very friendly with kids as well. Thank you once again for making our stay memorable one. Looking forward to more such stays.

The food was very good, the service was very good, and Banquet hall is good Ambitions are good. Vijendra Joshi has provided very good services, his way of Talking, his co-ordination has been awesome. I relay like this hotel it’s not a hotel it’s a home Thank you so much

I don’t think I would return to this hotel. I was advised that there would be laundry service available but there was no bag or order sheet in my room. Hot water was not available in the morning but was available later. I wish this had been explained. My late morning shower flooded the floor and there was no bath mat. I scheduled a massage and when the masseuse did not show, the front desk advised me he is outsourced and this does reflect on the hotel. Breakfast was quite basic - but unimpressive. The bed was comfortable, but there was only a light blanket on the bed and I got quite cold at night (the AC had been turned off). Truly, every one of my concerns could be fixed, making me a returning guest.

Booked a deluxe room and stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were very neat & cleaned. Especially housekeeping staff is very nice as they care at utmost. Best place to spend weekend. Hopefully visit soon. Best place to stay Highly recommended. Best view rooms. Best in service. Food was delicious. Restaurant was extremely beautiful on first floor.

Hotel Well maintained food or service excellent Rochak is good worker with smile face. I said at 9 No. Please provide 2 towel 1 guys came I reliazed that he is fully drunked n told sir you checked in before 2 hrs n you are asking another towel if you required anything else please say 1 time there is no person who come again and again. Really he was fully drunked smell was coming . He was arguing badly. Everything was good like 5star rating but I will not recommended in park ocean to family person

The hotel is conveniently located in heart of Jaipur city with all amenities.. the food & the hospitality is the highlight of the hotel.. the rooms are very spacious & neat & clean.. the staff is very courteous
