Good hotel with reasonable price. All staffs are very helpful. I am very impressed. I stayed for my anniversary and asked the receptionist to prepare a small cake for me. It was wonderful. They did as requested. The cake was lovely and it was delicious. Everything was great. I recommend this hotel. Please do not hesitate to book 🩷

They were nice while I staying there. But soon as
check out time comes, They become rude. My check out dates was 2024,07,30. I don't know her name but this girl aren't good work there at all. All my experience become horrible after I talked her. And also they will add some price to claim anything they want to add. Pool is looks clean but I saw many bird's poops bottom of the pool. Again, They will try
best anything while you are keep paying. But be careful about extra price and bad attitude.

Excellent Food, excellent hospitality Keep it up. Wide variety of items in breakfast. Ms. Priya was very helpful while in the downstairs restaurant. Location also very prominent and close to a shopping mall. Chef Santosh was great and open to feedback which we liked

From the moment we arrived, the doorman greeted us with a smile, and that friendly vibe continued throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was always ready to help, and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, even when the place was packed. The front office staff made my better half’s birthday extra special by surprising us with a cake and thoughtful touches. We were so impressed that we noted down the names of the amazing people who made our stay great: Restaurant Team: Chef Santosh, Chef Banty, Chef Riya, Abhishek Panday, Prempal, Suneel, and Priya Housekeeping: Jagat Singh Rajawat Front Office: Jitendra and Heena Special Mention: Mr. Narsi A big thank you to the entire Team of Fern for making our stay so memorable ! Last but not the least Mr Vinod who suggested us this hotel and helped us through our stay in Jaipur .

Stayed at the hotel for a month. Clean rooms. Really great staff. Ms. Priya, Mr. Abhishek, Mr Vishnu and Chef Daulat really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are staying near the Raja park area.

Only 1 star and I am surprised of the high rating of this hotel which seems to be full of tourists outside India arranged by Indian travel agents. Hotel is very little not enough place at the breakfast for all people and the pool at the rooftop seem dirty with non- smiling service at all. Birds are sitting in the pool drinking water. The rooms are worn down and a little dirty. Only one big towel per person. The gym was a very little dark room which seems to be left with no air conditioning on. I am surprised that this hotel has 4 stars compared with Radisson 4 star hotel in Delhi. The hotel are place in a street where it is impossible to go out to due to traffic, beggars and no good shops. Choose another hotel this is not worth 4 stars.

I stayed here as part of our tour group. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great rooftop bar and restaurant with a pool as well. The location is close to the main city. You can take a Tuk tuk to get there in about 15 mins. Overall, it is a great place.

Fantastic dinner and a swim at the rooftop bar ‘100 feet above’ and pool is overlooking the pink city and situated on the top floor of this hotel. Absolutely loved the kebab platter prepared by the chef. Great dinner once again. Two days in a row just lovely! Great atmosphere with live music, overlooking the city followed. Great stay at this hotel!
