Oyo 1992 hotel maans heritage jaipur On booked date 02/10/2021to 03/10/2021 My booking I'd 1)QI8V4744 2J7ZW0036 I am visit on 3pm total 6 person my(family) 3pm to 5:30 I continue called on oyo customer cure Talking but not solution For hotel rooms very bad and smoll and not working for AC,Fan, lights, hot water, bedi side noise and bathroom water tab broken. Customer cure not solution due to I compromise to two rooms booked on checkin 5:45pm to 7:05pm my family to visit on tour I complent to on reception desk for water tab broken before checkin reception nist aks to me ok sir repairing and solution but midnight 11:30 on comming to hotel family hotel ***ager aks to me sir water tab not solution and repair to not room provide for u oyo team and owner please action to this hotel and my physical harassment and morning time not provide hot water my smoll baby child water washing
