The Aircon wasn't very cold. But the cocktails weren't bad. It isn't a bad place, just not great if you're looking for luxury. We stayed for one night so it.. works.

The room condition was good and the bedding was comfortable and spacious.
However, the air conditioning in the fitness center did not work well and the equipment was broken. The swimming pool was not used because there were too many pigeons.
The restaurant was the best. The chef paid attention to every detail and personally prepared the food.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are large and clean with all amenities needed. Restaurant is also very good with an excellent choice of food to cater for all and fantastic service. I would highly recommend as it's a good central hotel.

It was an instant getaway but really worth it . Away from buzzlling city life it was perfect.Siyaram was wonderful employee who really helped us a lot and gave us exceptional service. I relaxed a lot spent quite wonderful family time which I heard do because of my busy schedule.

I am touched by the initiative of empowering the people who are deaf and dumb by giving them an opportunity to serve. And it works greatly. Vijendra from F&B Service is exceptionally professional. I stay here for a week and he served me 2-3 times, every time very punctual and polite. Vijay and Sourav and everyone in fact at F&B, HK and F.O are highly professional. Keep it up!

Very good rooms and service, very polite and well behaved staff . We are thankful to Miss Kavita and floor incharge MS lily for promt service . The food had varieties . Rooms are spacious and well decorated . We felt like coming once again with family.
