Ac was not working and fan was slow. Room was having a smell. it was my worst experience with fabhotel royal residency

Location is quite good, room were clean as expected, parking also there but i don't have any vehicle. So good to go, property owner should also keep dental kit

This property needs to improve the hygiene activities and also the behaviour of the reception pers was not good. The facilities were bad and not maintained properly.

The room was not clean, it smelled very bad from the bedsheet and pillows. The lavatory was not clean. Found a few lizards.

Cleaning missing, no towel, soap provided, tv not waking impolite staff absolutely not acceptable. Not recommended to anybody.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to all the major sites. Enjoyed the stay.
