Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful pink walls ornate with delicate artwork. As soon as you walk in you feel surrounded by the modern Jaipur charm. The service team was very helpful. They have a great cocktail program and scrumptious food in both restaurants Khammer and Vayu.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Gorgeous interiors with impeccable service. Staff is very friendly, would love to stay here again. They have two amazing restaurants on the property, that will cater to all your food and cocktail cravings.

If you are coming in this please no,worst experience ever had,when we just entered in room,rooms are totally dirty and annoying. Washroom is smelling well. And ohoo staff response and style not even tv is working and when we complain,no clear response from reception.every time diffrent staff. Is this a way to run hotel.ypu charge us star category rate but service is pathetic. Too loud breakfast is good but takes too much time. We go for dinner in vayu,wao too bad .service.when we r seeing whom we can talk all are going back. Please improve it.

No proper service at all.. Rooms are sinking staff is running and using abusing languages,no tidy area at all.. We see Guys on reception on each time.. If they are anable to solve issues,why owner kept them. Atleast you are in hospitality industries,manager is to ugly in language.

Utterly disgust management.. A decent place that's being managed by the ******, who are extremely insensitive. Music is exorbitantly high , it took them 1 hour to reduce the annoying volume at the portion where only we were sitting. Drinks came and took 25 minutes to get the soda. Cold breads were served with extremely cold dal, subjis etc. When confronted , steward says , it would have got cold while serving... All in all a waste of time, a mood spoiling experience, with cold service. I feel for owners, they have invested their money at a beautiful place but the people running that place are not at all worthy and ensuring that the customer should not come back.... Dear owners please wakeup before it gets too late .. and the ship sinks to the sea floor ..

Hotel was everage to go. Rooms and services are not so good it's only so so,food is also just simply don't understand why..... Overall qwality of rooms cleanliness not upto the mark,the main think no one is available to give a proper answer.all r just moving here and there. Iy this a way..to treat us. I ask to meet manager to tell about thing no one is there. Mosquitos are running in wash rooms.

This might be makes you fool.this hotel only running by staff no proper one manager is available to give a satisfaction answer.i stayes for 1 night,in morning time housekeeping usually entering in my room how they got access, I ask to them about this they are getting calls from reception to check these is they don't know we are inn. No safety at all plenty of staff at reception but no proper answer. Food timing!minimum call wait 35 min.waoo. Superb service
