Hotels Near The City Palace in Jaipur

The hotel is clean and tidy, the interior is beautiful and the service staff is particularly nice. My door couldn't open, and I asked other people who cleaned the room. He immediately stopped to find the front desk for me. I stayed for 2 nights and everyone saw me politely. The restaurant service is also attentive. Its location is in the city center. Convenient transportation. There are hurried cars at the door.

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy! (2) The food for room service was delicious! (3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things. (4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

My stay at Rambagh Palace was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a different world surrounded by beautiful architecture and lush gardens. The palace has a unique charm that makes you feel special. I want to give a special thanks to Amisha and Anjali at the reception. They were both so friendly and made the check-in process really easy. Their warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. Chef Kuldeep also made my experience unforgettable. He took the time to share stories about his years of experience in cooking and even made sure my meals were tailored to my taste. His knowledge and passion for food really stood out, and I could tell he genuinely cared about making the dining experience perfect. Overall, Rambagh Palace is a place where you feel taken care of, surrounded by beauty and history. The service, the atmosphere, and the people make it a place I’ll always remember. Highly recommend it!

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.

The accommodation is in the heart of Jai Pua. Traveling is quite convenient because it is close to the BTS station and the shopping center is not too far away, but it is quiet for us to have a pleasant rest. The accommodation must be looked at well because that if you reserve during the promotion period you will get a cheap price

It happened to be a jewelry exhibition, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a smoking room, which was great! The location is very close to the airport, about 15 minutes' drive. Overall it is an excellent hotel.

Apart from being expensive, nothing else is wrong. From the moment you get off the bus until you enter the room, the ceremony is full of rituals. I don't know if it's a fixed golden room. It's packed three times a day. I also called to urge you to eat.

The hotel is very large and the environment is very good, especially when it is at night. The hotel does not charge tips, the service is in place, the breakfast staff also specially prepared the local breakfast, although we are not used to eating. The only downside is that because the hotel is in the new city, it takes about 40 minutes to drive to the Palace of the Winds. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit before check in. The pool is very good.
