Conseguimos la última plaza del parking, está en pleno centro y sino es muy complicado dejar el coche. El hotel correcto con muy buenas vistas desde la terraza

Sin duda volveríamos. Unos de los mejores hoteles en que hemos estado, en cuanto calidad-precio.
Tengo que destacar el buen trato del personal de recepción, ya que, hoy en día, es cada vez más difícil encontrar personas agradables de cara al público. El chico en concreto, tuvo una especial atención y empatía con mi madre.
Hemos disfrutado del mercado navideño que estaba junto al hotel y un bonito Belén en el propio Hotel. Y qué decir, de los buenos restaurantes y bares para tapear de la zona. Además de que está tan cerca de la Catedral, Iglesia San Ildefonso...etc.

La habitación era del tamaño de las camas y poco más, muy pequeña. El aire acondicionado justo encima de la cama con lo que si lo enciendes te dá de lleno y no se puede estar y si lo apagas hace un calor horroroso y no se puede estar! :( No tiene un triste frigo en el que poder meter agua a refrescar

This hotel has seen its best days, we had three rooms and they all reeked of cigarettes and very strong cleaning products. The walls and interiors were water-damaged. Although the terrible hotel experience I want to give a shoutout to Alicia in the reception that was super helpful and extremely service-minded to all our requests and questions!

worst hotel room we have stayed for 30 years, in fact the room probably has not been upgraded in that amount of time. the reception area looks great, but as soon as you get out of the lift the smell hits you, open the door and the decor looks like something out of the 80's 2 star hotel, bed very uncomfortable, very cheep mattress, bathroom pokey, cant even sit on the toilet properly. I would definetely not stay here, find somewhere else.

Lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación que está en pleno centro muy cerca de la catedral y que tiene un bar rooftop con vistas a la catedral. Desde hace por lo -20 años el Hotel necesita una reforma integral . La habitación donde me alojé hacía un frío tremendo porque la calefacción que utilizan de radiadores de agua nocalientan en absoluto. el baño con sanitarios y toallas de hace 50 años. La habitación las paredes con desconchado por todos lados en fin, para evitar hasta que decidan invertir en su negocio para dar un servicio en condiciones.
