I have been a guest of this hotel in February, March, June and July, 2022. The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming! The check in is always first class! Ivonne is amazing, so efficient, professional and kind! Alli has helped me too! The rooms are very clean, organized and very quiet. I have stayed on the 2nd, 5th and 6th floors. Housekeeping is very efficient. The $1 breakfast is fantastic! Mila and Nina and the cook ladies are wonderful! The food is very good and a good selection too! I have been in touch with Mr. Lowe, the General Manager on several occasions to touch base prior to my many stays. He is the ultimate professional and it shows in his staff and leadership. I am SO very grateful to Mr. Lowe, the amazing Ivonne, Alli, Mila, Nina, Housekeeping and others as well! I will return soon to my home away from home, Holiday Inn, Orange Park, Florida! Thank you! We drove from Pennsylvania and already called to let the front desk know that we would arrive late maybe past midnight. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant reassuring us the service is 24/7 so we should be fine getting our room when we were there. We reached the hotel around 2:45am and the lady at the front desk had so bad attitude saying we had to wait 35-40 minutes because she was having an audit without checking if we already called to check in and to inform the hotel our situation. I was speechless of how thoughtless she was looking at us all exhausted after the long drive reaching the hotel so late at night and still asked us to wait for 35-40 minutes. She made us accept that audit was something important for her and we had to wait until she finished her audit. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable for regular customer service let alone Doubletree managed by Hilton which always has top of the line service. I was so upset and later apologized for it with her and told her I was driving so far and I was tired but she didn’t even glance at me and just threw such look-down-upon attitude at us. She should be the one who apologized for the wait but I was decent enough to do that first. I just can’t really can’t imagine how such a person with poor communication skills, poor interpersonal skills can work as a front desk, the key role for customer service at hotel industry. The 3 point on the scale I put was for the comfort of the room itself.

Carolyn and the whole staff are kick @$$!!! My stay has been over 3 months and the customer service and staff had been top shelf! If you want to feel like royalty this hotel is an absolute must. The staff makes you feel like a permanent residen.

GGuest UserHusb. is Mayo Clinic patient. Had Outpatient Surgery at Mayo 7/20/2022. Arrived at hotel.. very close to Mayo, with our 17 yr. Jack Russell. Stayed two nights.
Excellent facility. Clean, quiet. Studio room had full fridge, microwave. Sitting area and desktop were very convenient… and the walk in shower had safety features that weren’t glaring. The bed was sooo comfortable. The am breakfast was terrific! Hot waffles, eggs, oatmeal, fruit., Coffee! On a 4 am doggie out, the staff was cleaning the already spotless floor, happily listening to music and making sure things were in order for the day. The outside pool area is private and I wished there was time for a swim… maybe next time! And there will be a next time! Gracious hospitality made an anxious situation very calming . ThANKS!😋

Aa0304050225We stayed here one night while visiting relatives and found it a very pleasant place to stay. The hotel is not located along a busy road and was quiet and comfortable. It was rainy so we could not enjoy the patio overlooking the lake but could tell that it would be a delight with better weather. Our breakfast was delicious and we found the staff pleasant and personable.

UulgahIts a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

GGuest UserI drove 6 hours and got to the hotel at 4:10 and asked if I could please check in because I was really tired and didn’t want to drive because of me being so excited and I had worked the whole day and then drove The lady up front told me she would if I paid 60 to her I was not going to pay 60 to anyone because I didn’t have it she then said well you need to wait till 4pm so I left and went to my car drive to the love gas station and paid 16.56 to take a shower and then drive to the hospital to be with my son and his girlfriend where she was giving birth to my first baby Then At 5:30 I went back and was told that she didn’t have a room for me I didn’t have any money so I had to sleep in my car for 3 days I didn’t get my money back I didn’t even have money for food and then they told me to call the manager and I had to talk with her I called 5 times and she

GGuest UserWorst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. RUN for your life from this place unless you’d like to literally jeopardize your own health, safety, and well being, and leave traumatized from how gross and eerie it is inside. Let me give you just a few reasons 1. The staff are rude and stupid and do not care at all. They are incapable of fixing even the most basic of things for you, or being remotely helpful, friendly or accommodating. They will also blame you for any problems you might have, or try to cover their ass by claiming that they weren’t working when you called or came to the front desk. 2. The sheets had vomit and blood all over them, and were torn up from roaches. 3. The glass closet door was completely off the hinges in our room, and almost fell on my friend when she opened it. We’re lucky she didn’t have to go to the ER or worse. 4. The paneling on the bath tub was torn off and ripped, and the towels were paper thin. 5. The lights in the room barely worked, and there was a light literally hanging out of the ceiling when we first walked in with no cover on it: talk about a fire waiting to happen. 6. This hotel does not feel safe at all. One brief stroll in the highways and I guarantee you’ll think you’ve been transported to a horror movie set. The carpets are stained with bleach and peeling wallpaper crumbs , and there are weird smells. The staff lied to our face and told us that all the rooms were booked up, so they couldn’t switch us to another room. The reality is it’s a ghost town, and there were only maybe five cars in the parking lot. We only saw maybe 7 or 8 people checking in or out the entire time we were there. 7. There is almost no people working here, and the few people who are there do not care, and offer little to no resolving of complaints or issues. While we were there; I didn’t see one maid or housekeeping staff member. There was no maintenance person even on the weekend, so no one could come look at the issues in our room or repair them. And only one front desk person who was super slow and took literally half hour to check out 3 people, and myself. I shouldn’t have to stand in line that long, because this god forsaken place can’t hire enough staff, and the staff they do hire are slow and inefficient. 8. The pool is disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There wasn’t any patio furniture out there, and it looked like there was a dead bird floating in it. But hey if you fancy swimming in a petty dish, go for it. 9. Back to my original point unless you forgot.. no one at this establishment gives a rats ass about the customers. The receptionist at the front desk did not so much as bat an eye when we showed her our photos of disgusting sheets, a bathtub that was falling alert, and the safety hazards in our room. She tried to cover her ass by saying she hadn’t been working very long. When I called originally I was told that I was talking way too fast, and needed to repeat all the iss

夏夏日的鸡蛋花On my way back from Miami, I decided to stay in this hotel. The price / performance ratio is still relatively high. As a hotel for a night's rest, it is better to have breakfast with meatloaf, sausage and scrambled eggs (not the taste of Chinese people) and you can make crepes The cake is crispy and soft inside, and it's warm and suitable for my taste. I stayed in the main building near Lobby because it was late November and the weather was a bit cold. The air-conditioning in the main building was not single-control. Even though the central air conditioner has no hot air, it is still a bit cold to sleep anyway! I like the warmth in the room. Those who are afraid of the cold must choose the room in the secondary building (the second floor next to it). Although the air conditioner is a bit loud, it is better than freezing.
