I landed around 1030pm and was waiting for an Uber to get to this hotel when I received a call from them saying that they no longer had a room for me, even though I had booked and paid for it weeks prior. They did not offer any assistance to find new accommodations for the night nor did they provide an explanation. It has also been a week and I have yet to see the refund they promised. Overall, this ordeal lead to a very stressful hour while I tried to find a new place to stay and if it wasn’t for the best Uber driver ever, I don’t know what I would have done. Horrible way to start my vacation and very unprofessional of the hotel to handle it the way they did.
