Wonderful hotel. Not the best location.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Everyone’s always friendly, and the hotel is always clean and inviting. The room is always clean. I especially love that you have to have your room key to use the elevator.
I will say the sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is also not in a very good area. It is next to a main city road but right behind it is a very sketchy area. Last time, we had some guy walking the streets that started following our car and yelling at us while we were trying to find our way around the construction in the area. My husband said not to not book it anymore because of that area. Which is a shame because the hotel is wonderful.

The hotel is pretty new. Room was wonderful.
The sofa bed not very comfy, can be better. Everything else wonderful. You don’t find this kind of rooms even in a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast is more than good. Staff is wonderful too.

We enjoyed our stay. Desk ppl were great however the ppl that served breakfast need more training in customer server. Her attitude was very off and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Her tone towards ppl wasn’t pleasing. She also caught an attitude when someone went to the front desk to let them know that the plates ran out. Ver Batman I her her with and attitude say all yall had to do was knock out the door and let us know that. My opinion it’s not that personal job to inform you

I love this hotel the only thing i didnt like was the hidden fees for parking . Let me know up front that yall will be deducting parking fees out of my deposit. But i will definitely stay here again if im ever in the area. Live it
