Good place to stay

Good hygiene, quiet, good environment, breakfast only has coffee and cake. Opposite Costco.

The room smelled so bad. It was either the carpet or people actually smoked in it. The counter wasn't clean and the bed was raggedy.

The property was clean , the bed was very comfortable that I didn't want to check out. I wanted to cook in the room and the stovetop was not getting hot. The shower knob was very confusing on how to get the water hot/cold.The only thing I was not satisfied with was, they didn't advertise the deposit of $100.00 on the website or with the third party.

The property was not very well maintained. I was also not checked in at a room for a very long time and spoke with the manager and it was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel in Jacksonville.

The room was so outdated and it smelled terrible, it was dark and dank even with the lights on. The room looked like it should have been in a rural area in a scary roadside hotel. I wish I’d stayed long enough to take a picture we went in and out like it had a revolving door.

Terrible. The tv didn't work. So i tryed calling to find the phone didn't work. Front desk gave me the phone number to the cable/ phone providers. They did give us another room but the whole thing took an hour. Once at the new room the front desk called to say we would be froced to leave at 7 am. We drove down on date night from sav. We both work six days a week. This is not hospitality.

Day 1 saw a roach in the room. Staff never brought us any kitchen utensils to use. Complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum in complimentary consisting of oatmeal, muffins, and coffee.

I called the hotel about 5:00pm on the day of check in to let them know that it would be after midnight before I arrived. The lady said it would be no problem. I arrived about 2:00am only to find out I could not check in after 12:30am. That left me with no where to stay.

When I checked in the staff was nice however doing my staff different staff was not professional at all. It was difficult to get fresh towels. The room was always cold I would not stay there again.

the microwave almost caught fire because the door was rusted and dirty.This made the smoke detector go off.my whole stay i was sick because the room was not cleaned properly.i have asthma and the weather change only made the situation worse.people who make buisnesses comply about pets should think about those of us who have serious respitory problems and not lay dogs lay on beds. housekeeping did not change the sheets. the lady at the front desk"SKY"? had no problem resolution skills she became flustered and just plain confused when faced with my questions concerning billing to the microwave safety issue

Property was poorly maintained and not well-cleaned. We were expecting better for the rate we paid.

Woke up to find a couple of German roaches crawling in the floor. My bathroom fixtures were rusty. Old property needs a remodel.

Could use a DEEP clean. It wasn’t filthy but definitely not clean. The A/C had a strong mildew odor when ever it kicked on. The kitchen cabinet where the trash can stayed had drip marks on the inside. The kitchen faucet was grimy and slimy. It was fine for one night. I was tired and the bed did the trick. I will say the roll was cleaner than the lobby.
