트립닷컴에서 숙소 결재를 하였으나 호텔 측에서는 결재가 되지 않은 것으로 되어 있어 혼선이 있었다. 결국 호텔 측에서는 시스템 문제로 결제를 하지 않아도 된다는 답변을 듣고 체크아웃을 하고 돌아왔으나 아직까지 deposit 금액이 환불 되지 않고 있다. 트립닷컴에서 예약된 건 들에서 이런 현상이 반복되고 있다.

It is a decent place to stay, older, but renovated. The River Walk in Jacksonville that it is on, is dead. Not much to do close by, but you do have a view of the St. Johns River.

Likes: valet was top notch- they Very quick, caring, & attentive. Location was great. Beds and pillows comfortable. Nice staff @ front desk.
Dilikes: only 2 attendents checking in during busy time caused delays, room was hot & muggy on entrance, room set up for 3 people only had 2 towels & 1 washcloth, floors were dirty with hair & trash near the side of the bed, handels to fridge were sticky, COLD water they must have had the temp regulated on the water heaters-we used multiple times through our stay and each time a very cold water temps even after letting it run awhile.
My family will not stay here again.

Booked a king room with river view. Paid xtra. Arrives and was given a room with queen bed. Had to go back down and they changed us to a king room with a lovely view of the back parking lot and on ramp to the interstate. Very noisy. They refused to accommodate our reservation and basically said too bad. Pillows were horrible. Like giant basketballs. Unusable. Had no more. Bed covers were insufficient and ahower leaked all over floor and had to request linens as there were none in the room. Will never stay here again.

Hotel was busy and the valet parking team was jumping. They took good care of incoming guest quickly. Check in was easy and fast. Rooms were has expected. Clean and fresh. No disappoin**ents. Several good restaurants within walking distance.
