Hotel is ok not great. The breakfast is disgusting. I do not recommend. Plus it cost extra. The hotel room was decent like a typical hotel room. Our bedroom had a sheet on it instead of a fitted sheet. The cleaning lady said they do that when they run out of fitted sheets instead of looking for a fitted sheet. Our room door was already open when we went to the room. The check out time was 12 noon but our room key deactivated at 10am and locked us out of the room. Definitely a -3 star hotel.

I was really happy with our stay. 2 small things, we didn't have our free waters, and they put mattress toppers on the bed, but they are really soft, so it's very uncomfortable because the mattress isn't great. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here before and it was nice. I’m guessing based off the remodeling and everything they aren’t showing the rooms as much attention. The 2nd floor lobby by elevators had lights flickering and ice and vending was ripped apart due to construction. Stains and hair on bed. I’m very upset that my stay wasn’t as good as last time. Disappointed.

The cleanliness of the room is not bad. The quality of this hotel brand is still considered stable. The price/performance ratio of this stay is not bad, but if you live here, it is best to drive by yourself, otherwise it will be difficult to find and get out.

Front desk associate was a bit rude in my opinion… While i was using the lobbys microwave i was approached about what i was heating up & told that it would make the lobu smell bad ( i was hitting up a fish soup) I felt it kind of him to make a comment like that to me then to begin spraying febrezze as im waiting. I feel like while it is his job tomake sure that the stay is pleasurable for all… that all includes me & i felt very uncomfortable with the treatment i refused

The BED! Is comfortable….
We stay in hotel often all over the US.
This bed is comfortable, finally.
Thank you for actually caring most important furniture in the hotel.
Everything was clean and I love that cafe is there and open 6am.
Very satisfied.
