Our stay was pretty great! The only negative was that the hot tub was out of service temporarily, but the pool made up for it. From the welcoming of the staff upon check in to check out, it was all up to par! I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone if they needed to stay close to the Mayo Clinic, etc.. it was Very convenient and reasonably priced.

The elevators are horrible
But the lady who works there her name is Hope is great!
The new girl who assist us at the arrival was terrible but location and the amenities are good

The location was very convenient. However, the room did not have a balcony on it. I didn’t like that. Also, did not like that the control to the AC unit was on the wall with no sign to let me know.

This was our second visit. We specifically chose it because it has a shuttle service to the Mayo, hourly. In October it was all great. Yesterday we checked in, signed up for the shuttle for morning. 7:00 a.m. there was a sign on the desk, shuttle not available. I understand things can happen, but someone should have called our room so we could make other plans. Disappointing.

Everything was clean and comfortable but needed a wheelchair accessible room just barely cut it Norrow entry and bed was a bit high for transfer

Took forever to get hot water. Once we got hot water, the tub was filled with cold water. The tub did not drain. There was one towel upon arrival, dirty tissues on the side of the table next to the bed nobody answers the phone we came here to go to the mail clinic off to a terrible start.

Service excellent. Some work needed. to repair computer, ice maker. They gave us ice. Couldn't print my cruise docs. That was needed.
