We felt like the staff was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the room could have been in better condition. The shower curtain rod was loose. The phone didn't work. The microwave worked but did not spin. The floor in the room could have been cleaner. Since our stay was only two nights, we dealt with it.

The smell of mildew and musky odors in the room and the fan in the bathroom sounding like a train coming through were enough to know I’ll never be back

Toilet would not stop running in the middle of the night until I adjusted the mechanism. The shower faucet was defective, could not get warm water for the shower. Complained to the front desk was given the name of the GM who would be in later that day. When expressing to the GM my concerns he stated he may not be able to comp the room due to 3rd party booking. I was still charged full price

I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again; although I’m surprised they don’t offer at least a continental breakfast.
