I don't even know where to start. It was like when Daniel Laruso pulled up to their new apartment in Laraye Kid- nothing like the pictures and in shambles. It was disgusting. Grounds overrun with weeds. Pool area closed and overgrown. Building falling apart. Carpets soiled and disgusting. Room carpet was actually a bit sticky. Filthy walls. We had 6 days booked here and stayed one night and had Wyndham cancel the rest of the reservation. Owner said they "were working on a remodel". If that's the case it should be condemned until they are done.

Went to check in and this hotel is the absolute worst I’ve seen. The rest of the reviews are absolutely right it needs remodeled or demolished one of the two. And on top of all that they let us know they had no hot water for the next three days so we definitely canceled reservations and we’ll go somewhere else.

Avoid this location at all cost. The building should be condemned. Non existent customer service. Worst LaQuinta I've ever stayed at.

This hotel should be condemned! The very worst we have ever experienced during our many travels. It's a fire trap. Complained to Wyndham & they said that they are not responsible for their franchisees. Multiple fire & building code violations. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We called down and the management said that there was no fire and no cause for alarm. 3 months after our stay, the hotel fraudulently used my credit card for another transaction!

Overall the hotel is in a dilapidated condition. Included exterior falling apart (rotting wood, stains, broken parts. No lighting in parking area. The personnel at the front desk not only dress unprofessionally but their demeanor is unapologetic. Key card does not work in exterior entrance door. Fire hydrant in stairwells did not have hoses attached (is this normal). Many doors in hotel are out of plumb. Room door dead-bolt would not like. Room carpet and desk chair heavily stained. Only one of 4 lights worked above vanity. Told front desk at check-out that the hotel should be closed till renovations are complete. He said "cannot close as we need the money to perform the renovations.

Should be negative review. Does not deserve a 1. Hands Down the worst hotel. Considered going elsewhere and losing the cost I paid, but the roads were icy, and already slipped once in the parking lot. Ceiling falling apart, dirty, smelly,

Ceiling stained, cracked, large hole plastered at bathroom light switch, dead bug on iron holder, plastic bag on smoke detector, the automatic door closet arm is broken, the TV was not plugged in and tv remote doesn't work. We'll not stay here again.

This is the dirtiest most run down La Quinta I have ever stayed in! The whole place was I in a serious state of disrepair. The carpets were filthy and stained. The lobby restroom was out of order, as were the ice machines on the first and second floors!I The window in our room was broken. The lamp shades were broken and dirty, and the bases were rusty. There was a large section of wet carpet near the desk and dresser, and the ceiling showed signs of significant water damage. It had been incompetently patched. The tub was stained and the toilet seat was loose! They only positive was that the sheets were clean. If Wyndham values its reputation, they need to remove this property from the La Quinta brand!

Please refer to the previous page where I listed some if the issues with this filthy hotel. It should be demolished. I can’t believe it could pass an inspection. I don’t know if they served breakfast or not. But if the did there is no way we would have eaten there. When I called ahead of time to ask the desk clerk which exit they were on, she said it’s either 82 or 86. This is s dive.
