We have been traveling for the Holidays we have had multiple stays at your properties, however our experience last night at your property in Jackson TN was very disappointing, from calling property to reserved room, to checking in the staff was not the friendliest as we experienced at other properties. The cleanliness of the property is very questionable. Here is a list of issues 1 The elevator button was hanging on the wall by the wires 2 The Shower was disgusting the wall had something brown dripping on the wall and tile was very dirty and moldy 3 Ice machine on 4th floor out of order, based on overall cleanliness not sure how clean the machine is 4 Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn Express Standard (I was looking forward to biscuits and gravy no gravy). The Pancake maker needs to be calibrated the pancakes were not very good, No chocolate milk and your famous Cinnamon buns were not ready had a 15 minute sign for over 30 Minutes and no napkins out had to ask for them. 5 The Coffee bar area was disgusting, the canister for decaf was not clean, and the counter was not clean. Overall was very disappointed in this property. As Holiday in express has been our go to hotel when traveling. See attached photos

We always stop here on way to see Family! The location is excellent! On and off the Interstate ! Employees are always nice and helpful! The facilities are always clean! Has plenty of places to choose from to eat in the area! Quiet despite the Interstate being close by.

Professional front desk staff, quick check in and out. Very standard Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable bed with good pillows, large bathroom with good counter space. Small refrigerator, microwave. Bathroom shower not the cleanest. May stay again when traveling through TN.

I stay in at least 12 HIE hotels across the country every year and this is the best and my favorite. The front desk employees are friendly, nicely dressed and very efficient. The hotel rooms are well appointed and very clean. Breakfast (which is included ) is always fresh with a great selection. There are at least 12 restaurants within a quarter mile and the hotel is right off I40. Oh and did I mention the warm cookies.

Exactly what we have come to expect from an IHG hotel. Large, clean room. Clean linen. Air con was a bit louder than I would like but kept room cool. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. With a good selection of choices including pastries and hot cooked food. Coffee was lovely

This was my first time at this hotel and it was not a good experience. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues. The shower floor grout looked very dirty. The caulking was unsightly. The bed looked slept in and the sofa had crumbs on it. I would not stay here again.

We were traveling and stoped for the night, the hotel is nice and clean. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable I sleep good. The lady at the front desk is amazing! I had trouble linking my lap top to the wi fi and she expained to me how to do that. She was so sweet and caring!

This is the second time I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Jackson Tn. Both times I have had the same experience. The hotel is located near the interstate and is easy to get to . Parking was easy and I was able to see my car from my room. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff was very professional and quickly got me checked in. My room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was fully stocked and everything was fresh. The dining area was clean and well maintained. Quick out was a breeze and I was on my way quickly.
