Creekside cottage central to the best of WNC

This updated cozy cottage sits on 5 acres with a bubbling creek, tucked away in a private cove, yet is centrally located to all the best of Western NC. You'll love sitting on the spacious deck or enjoying the firepit surrounded by the trees. This nook of the woods feels far away from everything, but is just 3 minutes to Dillsboro, 9 minutes from Sylva main street, 20 to Cullowhee. These towns have excellent restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and unique stores. GOOD CELL SERVICE, and WIFI. The cottage is near the end of a private gravel road with only a couple houses along the way leading up to it. Important note!: The gravel road DOES NOT require 4 wheel drive, but it is bumpy and rocky in spots and does require a high clearance vehicle. We do not recommend sedans or low riding cars. Just take it slow for the 2 minutes of road to the house.
