Stayed here the Friday night before a volleyball tournament. The staff were so welcoming and treated the girls team amazing. Normally on Saturday the complimentary breakfast doesn’t open until 7 and we would miss it due to having to be at the gym before that time. Robert and Kathy came in early and had breakfast ready for us by 6:30. The girls were all able to fill their bellies with good food before off to a long day of play. Thank you again for all the wonderful special treatment. Kudos to all working there!

This is an amazingly clean and modern hotel experience! The front desk agents are always willing and able to help with any problem and the maids do a wonderful job cleaning. The hotel was recently renovated. When I checked in it was a quick and smooth experience. I'll be coming back again soon!

The hotel is close to the No. 5 highway and it is very convenient to drive by car! Very cost-effective, 100D breakfast for four people, the best hotel for a few days along the way. Milk yogurt, the key is too late to eat, can also be packed. The room is more relaxed than Hilton Huanpeng. The bathrooms are all DOVE series.

It should be the best hotel in virtuefu. The hotel parking is very convenient. If you finish the check-in, it is recommended to stop behind, closer to the elevator, the hotel is not very soundproof, but it was here to make a living. It is estimated that other hotels in this place are like that.

Lovely spot just outside Ashland downtown proper (not walking distance) with gardens and a salt water pool. Rooms are well accented, with lots of closet space and good TV, and water pressure. Nice touch with cookies and scones for afternoon tea. One can take a mineral bath in the room, and indeed all the water (showers and taps) have a mineral taste (and mild smell). Bottled water is provided. Breakfast was fairly routine but nice. Plenty of parking available.

We had a nice stay at this unique hotel. It's a historic building that's been remodeled and has a lot of character. Our room was compact, but still had plenty of room for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom features a very deep tub and a rain showerhead that was nice. The front desk staff were friendly at check-in and check-out and made sure we knew where the vending machines were located (outside of the building) as well as the water bottle refiller. We were a little disappointed in the breakfast - it was a continental breakfast, but would have liked to see some fresh fruit, muffins, etc... Shopping and restaurants are all in walking distance and parking is free in the back of the building and is gated - you open with your door key.

Let's start with the room I was amazed at how clean it was. It was perfect for what my husband and I needed it for. Other then that total disappointment when it came to the management. I guess you would say the head housekeeper that checks rooms after people check out was very rude and seemed like she was to good to be doing the job she was hired to do. She was a taller dark haired gal and she just had no personality. I witnessed a guest asking her a question and she ignored her like she didn't even hear her and just kept walking. There were a couple other housekeepers getting their carts ready for the day and they said good morning and smiled asked if we needed anything. The interaction between the tall gal and another employee seemed like there was tension and the nice employee tried to make light of the situation. It seems like your hotel should train management to be adaptive to all personalities and to leave their problems at the door. If management can not adjust their behavior for different personalities or attitudes maybe they shouldn't be in charge of others. That's my opinion.

We arrived late in the afternoon after finding this spot online during our drive. We were warmly greeted. We were told that pet friendly rooms were on the second level, we chose the second level. There are no elevators. The bed was comfortable, the AC was fine, the tub/shower didn’t function perfectly. The breakfast was sorely lacking. But it was a clean room and a comfortable bed for one night.

XXiaojianmingThere is only one sink in the bathroom, it is inconvenient for many people, no kitchen paper! It is inconvenient compared to Huanpeng! The room is clean and breakfast is OK, there is no good requirement for Oriental people!
The hotel itself seemed nice and had we reserved a typical room it probably would have been satisfactory but we reserved the Manhattan Suite which was clean and lovely but didn’t have the functionality that we had upgraded for. That being a separate living area from the bedroom and a bar/kitchenette. We had to buy a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and then there were no wine glasses among the bar glasses. Given that there are vineyards all over the area it seems that wine glasses and a corkscrew would be the most basic of items to have on hand. There is a kitchenette and a dining room table but no other kitchen or bar ware were provided. The whirlpool tub and shower were wonderful and very relaxing. The bedroom doors were glass and offered no privacy. If one person wanted to nap the only way to darken the room was to close the living room curtains. So the person not napping would still be left in the dark. That is one reason why booking a suite with a separate room is worth spending the money. The dresser is not in the bedroom, it’s is near the main door on the other side of the suite. So half our clothes were in the closet and the other half across the suite in the dresser. The suite is decorated well and decor, not functionality seemed to be the priority. Breakfast was subpar. The biscuits and potatoes were hard and dry and the a portion of the grapes were rotten each day. There were Quaker oatmeal packets. And on the day they served bacon it was gone an hour before breakfast ended. We are unlikely to stay here again.
GGuest UserEasy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.
马马儿Once in the room, it is a living room, it feels special! I can make a simple meal, cook instant noodles for my son, vegetables, prawns, ham, eggs, crab sticks, and eat a meal suitable for Chinese stomach! The hotel's free breakfast is not bad! I must live next time.
GGuest UserStayed here for one night to take a break from driving down to California from Seattle. The motel is pretty basic, but comfortable. Price was reasonable. Looks like the room has been recently renovated. Everything was clean, which I really appreciate. The room had a musty smell coming from the air conditioner. Like maybe some of the internal components were getting moldy. Someone had put an air freshener on the vent, but it didn't help very much. It didn't bother me much since I was only there for a few hours, but probably something that needs to be addressed. The location is excellent. Right in downtown Medford. A great little brew pub within walking distance. A really good breakfast restaurant next door.
Ssumpep97I was here with a friend in March and we really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast buffet was great. We really appreciated the front desk staff and their hospitality. The property was also very clean- the rooms, as well as the common areas. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a nice plus that DQ is in the neighboring parking lot as well as a taco place across the street.
NNorCalTeachIf you are going to the Shakespeare Festival, this is a perfect location. It is easily walkable to downtown Ashland and the Festival. Great restaurants and shops only a few minutes' walk away. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There are three separate buildings, and I do think there is a difference. We stayed in Verona(?), which had its own covered parking lot. It seemed more secure than the main building, if that is a concern. (The main building rooms open up to the parking lot, and have easier access, but the building we were in had a keyed entry and rooms opened into a secured hallway.) The room was very clean and had all the basics. There is a large dining area for the free breakfast. Nothing fancy, but a wide variety of items. I have an EV, and didn't need to charge, but it was nice to know there is EV charging in the main parking lot.
TthegambinofamilyEverybody at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. There were two people to help registration with a large group arriving at the same time. The food was good and hot with plenty of selection. It is easy to get to the freeway from the hotel, in spite of being several miles off the interstate.
MmarkclaymWe spent three nights here and were not disappointed. It is right off the I-5, but not so close that freeway noise is an issue, and it is close to restaurants, fast food, and shopping, We had reservations, and check-in was a breeze with staff being friendly and efficient. We had a queen suite, which was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well appointed with a big TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer, and was very reasonably priced. There are also plenty of AC and USB outlets for all your needs. If you're a truck driver or pulling a trailer of any kind, parking will be a problem, so keep that in mind. My only complaints were that the door to our end of the building didn't lock, and the wifi was terribly slow for computer uploads/downloads, but those are minor and took nothing away from the experience. We would definitely stay here again.
