The accommodations were beautiful, warm and comfortable. The lodge is beautifully maintained and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay when in the Jackson Hole area. The three bedroom suite was very spacious for our family of 6 with plenty of personal space and nice size living room to hang out and relax.

Ate a couple times at the Spur. Food was pretty good, nachos could be better. Deanna was amazing both times she took care of us. She had good suggestions about the food and area. Even made us some early drinks before skiing! Great place to stop in before hitting the mountain!

Came here for a long weekend. My first time, but my wife had been in the area before. It was amazing. We debated between a few places, but really liked the vibe here. We booked through Chase and got upgraded, breakfast for 2, and a trip voucher. The perks made it extra awesome. All the staff were amazing, clean rooms, great services/food, and worth the price.

Had an excellent massage here during a ski trip. The therapist really tailored the experience to my needs, addressing both standard tension and some ski related soreness. The spa staff were also very accommodating with a last minute booking. And the facilities are beautiful.

Best spa around! We had a girl's afternoon at the spa and it was delightful. Nathan, Dr. Doug, and Camille were our therapists and they were all wonderful. We highly recommend all three! SpaTerre is the best spa in the valley and we will definitely be back for another girl's day!

The spa experience was incredible. The whole facility is super clean. Everyone was so nice. And the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! I’m definitely sore today but in the best way. I was having awful neck and back pain and was so tight. I feel the best I have in months after the experience!

My massage with Nick was excellent—I would have loved to book a longer session with him. Unfortunately, the facility itself did not meet expectations. The showers had a significant amount of mold on the tiles and ceilings, indicating a lack of proper cleaning for months. The body wash dispensers were empty, and the steam room in the women’s locker room was out of order during our visit. Additionally, the booking process was frustrating. The website wouldn’t allow us to make reservations, so we had to call, and the employee struggled to complete the booking. We initially scheduled two male therapists for the morning and a male and female for later in the day. However, we were told we had to push the second booking later because a female therapist wasn’t available in the morning—yet when we arrived, the first two appointments (which were supposed to be with two male therapists) ended up being with a male and a female. While the massage itself was great, the overall experience—from cleanliness to booking issues—was disappointing.

My first time visit was so wonderful it will certainly not be my last! Well worth the price that may appear high at first search - but don’t click past! This is a beautiful property in Teton Village, truly walkable and skiable to everything in the village from restaurants to lifts and the SMART Bus stop for a cheaper and smooth transportation route into town. The hotel lobby is stunning, rooms beautiful and comfortable/cozy, awesome rooftop hot tub, and the staff is superior. A special shout out to Gabriella who went out of her way at the front desk for me, and David who helped me arrange awesome snowmobile adventures. The Spa is wonderful and don’t forget your bathing suit as any service allows you the use of the downstairs saunas and hot tubs etc. Thank you Teton Lodge for rejuvenating me with a beautiful visit!! I can’t wait to come back.
