Great place to stay for a ski trip. My wife, teenage son, and myself stayed in a superior double queen guest room with fireplace. We found it to be plenty spacious enough for the 3 of us and all our ski stuff. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. The fireplace was nice to have in February and was great in helping us dry our ski clothes. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Wyatt at the front desk stuck out as particularly helpful. We had one minor issue with our shower/tub not draining. But it was addressed quickly. We found breakfast to be delicious and a good variety. There was a selection of eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, pastries, bagels, fruits, and cereal. All the fuel we needed to hit the slopes. We found we could hit breakfast right at 7:00 and still have time to get back to the room to finish getting our ski gear on to catch the 8:00 ski shuttle. The ski shuttle was a medium size bus that was very comfortable with leather reclining seats. Stephanie was the operator all the days. She was safe, helpful, and quick to point out wildlife along the way. There are other ways to get to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, but having the included shuttle on site was certainly a key amenity for our stay. The town shuttle (a large 15 passenger Mercedes van) was also very nice to have. While you can certainly walk to town square (and we did a few times), having the shuttle after a long day in the slopes was nice to have. The drivers (who were also the bellmen) were courteous and prompt. My wife enjoyed a spa treatment and the amenities of the spa as well.
