Turned up early, we knew the check in wasn’t till 4pm, so we had a bite to eat and a couple of drinks, went to reception @ 4pm, watched them faff about for 10 mins, gave us the room keys to a room that was still a mess and not made up! Eventually got another room, that was a very poor performance by what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Room very dusty with broken bits of panelling on the ceiling, very disappointing! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, stick to the smaller B&B’s, they obviously care more.

Location and staff at hotel were first class, room was a lovely size, comfy bed, but the bathroom fixings were loose, taps on the bath were coming off the wall, and the decor around the inside and outside of the hotel needed work and looked tired. Very limited menu and very late meal times for British people, starting at 8 30pm. Nowhere to buy snacks or a drink in the town or at the hotel until 8 30, you need to travel to Jaca. On a plus side there is secure parking in the underground carpark for our motorcycle and the area is very quiet.

Let’s start at the beginning. 3 couples in our group. We went to our room and it was so full of live and dead flies that I started looking for a dead body. I opened the lone window ( Pyrenees in December) and after about 15 minutes the flies were gone and I swept up the dead ones. I turned on the TV and it didn’t work. The remote had to be replaced. Same with another couple in our party. Our TV had a bizarre plug, plugged into the back that didn’t match the input. We asked about “high speed internet” to be told there is no wifi in the hotel. The only way to get internet was to go to their internet room and hard wire into the net. By the way, you need to bring your own equipment to hard wire. The dinner meal was a disaster. The beef was unseasoned, boiled meat. Three of us had it and did not finish. The other three had the fish. None of the three ate more than two bites….these are Spaniards that love fish! The good things…breakfast was great and the staff was very kind.

Increíble hotel perfecto para pasar una estancia en las montañas, piscina exterior y spa interior con diferentes zonas de sauna, baño turco, chorros. La ubicación es espectacular tanto en invierno como en verano. La habitación tiene un diseño con encanto nos tocó un ático aguardillado de madera de roble muy espacioso y cómodo. Experiencia espectacular que repetiré pronto.

No puedo estar más satisfecha con la estancia. Viajo sola, buscaba descanso y tranquilidad y sin duda lo he encontrado (y la realidad ha superado las expectativas). He pasado 4 noches y he disfrutado de la piscina (con poca gente, y la que había fue muy respetuosa con el descanso de los demás), el spa (destacar que me pusieron facilidades para darme el mejor servicio, incluido un masaje) y el bar/restaurante (con una atención inmejorable por parte de uno de los camareros, que me atendía siempre con mucha amabilidad). El hotel está muy bien ubicado para hacer rutas y visitar pueblos de los alrededores. La habitación muy amplia, limpia, con buenas vistas. Cuando encuentras lo que buscas hay que repetir, y sin duda lo haré.

El hotel se encuentra en una urbanización muy tranquila a 11 kilómetros de Jaca. Punto positivo para el personal de cafetería y desayunos que destacaron por su profesionalidad y amabilidad. Recomendaría reservar el alojamiento con el desayuno ya que por la zona no hay ningún sitio para desayunar. El buffet es bastante variado, merece la pena. Por otro lado, el spa no está incluido. Nosotros reservamos un circuito que costaba 30 euros y fue una buena inversión.

Es un hotel muy recomendable; 1.- habitación y baño amplios. 2.- personal excelente gracias a cuya amabilidad hemos podido pasar allí una semana, ya que se han adaptado muy bien a nuestras necesidades especiales; 3.- piscina muy limpia y bien cuidada; 4.- hall muy acogedor con mesas para actividades en familia; y 5.- muy bien ubicado para conocer los Pirineos occidentales. Es un acierto seguro.
