On a roadtrip only stayed one night. Hotel had everything we needed . The restaurant wasn't open on that night , so we made use of the kitchen . After a trip to Carrefour . It was very quiet at night so had a good sleep. Breakfast next morning was excellent. The reception staff and ladies in were all very friendly . Would highly recommend .

This hotel is easy to find and park outside. We found the staff friendly, happy and professional. Our apartment overlooked the pool courtyard which could do with softening maybe with plants? and tables for drinks. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both were of high quality, freshly well cooked and delicious. The service by the ladies lent itself to a warm and happy atmosphere in the restaurant. The apartment was a little dark, but comfortable and very clean. We had asked for extra pillows and they were there. The spa was a very good experience, it was spotless with several showers, saunas, cold room, enormous jacuzzi and separate pool with several water features. We would definitely go back and wished we'd stayed instead of moving around to the Ainsa area. Tip: but I would ask for an apartment with a view.

Esta súper bien para una estancia en familia... Los precios son altos, pero el servicio y la calidad y limpieza del hotel esta muy bien. Reservamos apartamento con dos habitaciones, baño y salón cocina y es ideal para viajar con niños. La única pega es que estaba abuardillado y hacia un poco de calor, pero tiene aire acondicionado

Les chambres/appartements sont vastes , propres et bien équipés. Bonne literie. Le spa et la piscine offrent une détente bien agréable. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet complet. La pépite est le menu du soir à 21 euros, un régal ! Copieux mais qualitatif avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Bref une adresse devenue incontournable quand nous sommes sur Jaca.

Muy bien situado para visitar Jaca y esquíar en Candanchú o Astún. Todo muy limpio. Buen apartamento bien insonorizado y muy buena calefacción. Por poner un fallo falta un tostador y más menaje. Las almohadas duras y la cama no muy cómoda. Personal de recepción muy amable y te dan muchos tips para visitar y hacer por la zona. El Spa pequeño pero tiene de todo. Además hay que reservar y el aforo es pequeño. No hay saturación de gente. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos en futuras visitas a Jaca.

El trato en el hotel es maravilloso. Desde que entras, hasta en el restaurante. Ambas camareras que estaban en la barra nos hicieron muy agradable el rato que estuvimos allí. Además hay productos locales que se pueden comprar a buen precio. La habitación en buenas condiciones. El desayuno también muy bien, pequeño pero con todo lo importante. Grata experiencia.

El apartamento muy cómodo, la cama y la almohada muy cómoda. En la cocina solo nos falto un tostador y un paño de cocina, por lo demás tiene casi todos los utensilios que puedas necesitar, al llegar tienes una bolsita con jabón para fregar, estropajo, bayeta y 1 bolsa de basura. En el restaurante se come fenomenal, todo muy rico! El spa es muy completo Los masajes estupendos. El personal un 10, tanto de recepción, como restaurante y spa!!!!

En un hotel valoro que la cama sea amplia y cómoda, que la ducha esté bien y que esté limpio. Del hotel Jacetania solo puedo decir que estaba limpio. Respecto al personal, solo tuve contacto cuando llamamos para reservar: nos indicaron q el hotel estaba a 400 metros del centro de Jaca. La realidad es que el hotel está apartado y hay 2.5km (aproxima 20 minutos andando) al centro (en subida). Y cuando pedimos si nos podían dar una habitación de camas más grandes: muy amablemente me indicaron que la única solución era que abriera el sofá cama y me hiciera yo misma la cama … sin comentarios! Si buscas una aparthotel con un salon amplio, entonces Jacetania es una opción ya que todo es amplio, menos las camas y la ducha. La habitación no tenía ni una simple botella de agua.

Un aparatahotel limpio y cómodo para hospedarse y poder visitar la zona. Es verdad que está un poco retirado del centro pero se agradece que por otra parte estas cerca de las salidas a las autovías y carreteras para poder ir a ver cosas y sitios de la zona. Solo cogimos alojamiento y disfrutamos de un masaje relajante que estuvo espectacular después de un día de bastante andar. Un buen sitio para recomendar.
