"The food was good.
The room was average . I had booked a super delux but the the toilet was not functioning.., n they took about 45 mnts after we checked in to fix the problem.
I requestedf a room with no climbing since I was traveling with my elderly aunty. I guess it's not a place for the seniors!
The travel desk gave me ridiculous rates for cabs. I believe that one can only book cabs for eight hours!.
I was really disappointed with this hotel. !

"I checked in with my family. The rooms were decent. Washroom was also decent. When i entered the room, there was complimentary apples, biscuits, wafers etc which was a welcome surprise. My meal plan had breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was marvelous (taste wise and variety wise as well. So for the price paid, i got very good value. So i will recommend this hotel."

GGuest UserRiver-wood resort, lying within a dense forest next to a wonderful village, provides a luxurious accommodation. The place boasts of sexy washrooms and an outstanding service. An additional attraction is the swimming pool and catering service. The prices are fair, not to mention its location in relation to a gypsy colony. However, there were definitely some lows: bread with fungus and a steel wire instead of a rice bowl. As far as risk is concerned, one always has to be caution with gypsy drivers, who are perhaps a little wild at times. To sum it up, it must be stated that the place is enjoyed with pleasure.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and easy to reach as it was on highway. The staff was courteous and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a free upgrade to a larger room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean.
The food was decent, offering a good variety of options. While it wasn’t extraordinary, it was definitely satisfactory for a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserFirst day was horrible. Hotel booking divert to other hotel which is very low quality and not suitable for even lab-our class. How can they have shifted to other poor hotel when we have confirmed booking. Second day again after lots of fighting shifted back to this hotel. Hotel is ok not good. Second day they have given one more separate room to compensate our first day stay in other hotel. This happened to one more guest also they have also shifted to poor hotel even after confirmed booking. Take strongly with hotel management.
