The staff was courteous and service was very good.....Madam Swati and Madam Priyanka were excellent.... The food was also sumptuous. Jabalpur is also good for business and for sight seeing. Wont be suggesting anyone The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are ok ....front desk guys were good and indifferent..i went for business trip and they have no consideration...rooms are ok but no soup no hot water no towel. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , don't go with this hotel
