Very rude & unprofessional staff. No one came to unload the vehicle. On complaining, the desk staff did not listen to our problem and was just saying that they were on time.

They can not allotted swimming facing room if booked and food quality average and restaurants atmosphere so noisy and not maintaining as per standard

My very expensive jacket disappeared from my room. I called the hotel several times but they did not do enough to locate it. Was very upset about the loss. I could see from the CCTV footage that I entered the room wearing my jacket. But could not find it the next morning in the suitcase.
