Worst staff, the room had insects and pests inside the room, bathroom had no water, staff didn't bother to help regarding the same and while asking for repair, they charged us huge amount of bill for the repairs itself, although they had enough rooms to relocate us, but they said hotel was fully booked but there was no one. Poor staff and worst service all *****.

Lot of noise of train. Window not closing fully, so lot of cold air coming inside, jet spray not working. Staff very good.

Location is good but the room is not worth the price and their breakfast time is 8:30 am. Request mmt to make breakfast timings mandatory for all hotels to be displayed before booking. Many travellers will prefer to see that before booking.
