Accommodation is at a hot spring inn where you can check in at 12:00 noon (6:00-23:00 for day use). Compared to when I used it a long time ago, the inside of the hotel was clean and the a**osphere of a hot springs inn was gone. I immediately checked in at 12:00 and went to my room. Although the entire building was supposed to be non-smoking, the room smelled of cigarettes, so I called the front desk. The room was at the end of the room, and I don't think it would be a good idea to smoke in a non-smoking room when you can easily go to the smoking area. It will be a nuisance to later guests and the hotel. Even at the inn, they cooled the room with an air conditioner and prepared everything for us, including tea and water, since we were scheduled to check in at 12:00. They kindly changed my room, which was really helpful. The room was an 8 tatami Japanese-style room with a table and chairs, and a large washroom area. Last time I stayed there, it was like a hot springs room, but this time it was a regular inn room. The bathroom was clean, including the sink and changing area. The open-air baths are similar to the open-air baths of luxury inns. I felt relaxed in the warm water. The indoor bath has hot water and lukewarm water, and since it is radon hot water, the inside of the bathroom is steamy. The indoor bath is a medicinal stone radon hot spring. The hot spring water is smooth and flows directly from the source. The bath is equipped with a medicinal stone mist sauna. There is also a medicinal rock bath. You can use multiple bath towels and yukatas. I only used the mist sauna. We will have dinner at a restaurant called Kukai. This restaurant is also used by day-trippers. When you take your seat, the staff will serve you everything including dessert, and the food and drinks will be served buffet style. There are three TVs, and the tables are facing the TV, giving it a very casual a**osphere. ``It's nice to have something so easy like this,'' he said as he relaxed and ate. The alcoholic beverages are reasonably priced, with 300cc of sake costing 850 yen. Breakfast was also served at the same restaurant, including coffee. Weekends are expensive, so I stayed at this reasonably priced inn, but it was nice and comfortable.
