Window, door and balcony railing need to replace with new.

Buy a tatami room and you can see Mount Fuji in the room. We bought a standard room and we couldn't see Mount Fuji. Eating here is very cost-effective. Highly recommended

Very good, worth recommending

Good. The scenery is very good. It is on the mountain. It is convenient to drive. The hot spring is also good. Mount Fuji is right in front of you. The room you booked does not include meals, but there are many restaurants within a few minutes of going down the mountain. The sushi is delicious.

Half board dinner is not Japanese dinner. What we got were all you can eat buffet dinner. Also no complimentary tea bags and water bottles are provided in the room. Only positive are onset private hot spring in the room and view of Mt fuji as booked Japanese style room.

Poor quality for the cost

Nice hotel, I recommend to take the room with a view of Fuji. Also nice onsen.

It's on top of a mountain. It's an old hotel, but I was able to easily access the dining area and the large public bath. This time I stayed in a Western-style room. Next time I'd like to stay in a Japanese-style room or a detached building. The hotel had the mineral water shown in the photo.

The service was thorough and thorough, with nothing too excessive or lacking, but I was able to stay comfortably. The building seemed old, but it was clean. It was a buffet, so the food wasn't that great, but the all-you-can-drink option was nice.

Although the facilities and buildings have deteriorated over the years, the overall management and cleaning are good. The staff were very friendly and left a very good impression. I would like to use the facility again.

The price is so low that it's understandable that the rooms are dirty. The service is good and the tennis court and short golf course are free of charge, which is a great deal.

The food was not good. They need to put in more effort. They should follow the example of the Prince Hotel in Sapporo.

The facilities certainly looked old, but they seemed to be well-cleaned. I really liked the room with the open-air bath and the view was great. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
