It was a charming inn and it was nice. However, I think the special rooms are cold in the winter. The windows are wooden frames, not sash windows. The heating doesn't work very well, so it was very cold. The serving staff at dinner and breakfast had not been properly trained and their service was very poor. The lack of consideration was stressful and ruined the delicious food. The young staff tried hard, but it seemed like they lacked the spirit of hospitality. I hope they will improve in the future. Located very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, the hotel has the charm of a traditional inn. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and just the right amount.
