Airport shuttle bus service is really nice as no need to search for public transport. A variety of choices fo breakfast, balanced diet. Despite having a shower in the room, public bath is also available. Excellent insulation as I heard no outiside noisy. Friendly staff.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly drivers and the shuttle bus service. This was our first encounter with the hotel's hospitality, and it left an outstanding impression. It's incredibly convenient, particularly for those arriving on a late - night flight.
The check - in staff were also top - notch. They greeted us with warmth and handled the check - in procedures meticulously, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door.
And let's not forget the breakfast. It's a buffet, and the food is absolutely oishi. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.

Pleased with the hotel bus shuttle service from/to Kansai Airport, which saved us a lot of troubles and afford us worry free transport to catch early morning flight. Unable to take the hotel breakfast which only starts serving at 6:30am, and we had to take the 6:30am shuttle to reach the airport by 7am.
Will book this hotel again for next visit to Kansai.

We arrived late in the evening and had to walk 20 mins with luggage to get to it. It's far from the train station. The room was a bit dusty. But the shuttle service and reception was nice. The room is bigger than most Japanese hotels. Other facilities were okay. There was kettle but no coffee packets. It's okay for it's price.

The room is clean and more spacious than in the picture. The room has complete amenities. The staff is good. There is a shuttle to KIX airport. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Near to the KIX.. n they provide free shuttle to the airport. Didn't try breakfast as we have early morning flight.. near to Rinku outlet too n yes same shuttle to/from airport.. will repeat if need to board from KIX..
