Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish.
I would certainly return to this hotel.

大阪いらっしゃい2021キャンペーンで初めて利用しました。 犬鳴山ハイキングをしたいので、早めの11時頃到着しました。 到着時のフロントの接客はとても親切で良かったのですが、 翌日のチェックアウト時、夕食時に飲んだビール代金を 勝手に大阪いらっしゃいキャンペーンのクーポン使用に 設定していました。クーポンはすでに他の店で使った旨を 告げると請求書を再発行するので時間がかかりました。 退出時にフロントには女性従業員か2人がいたにも 関わらず「ありがとうございました」の一言もありませんで した。 玄関の名物犬さくらちゃんが見送ってくれただけでした。 気持ちのいい対応をしてくれるスタッフもいたのに 最後がだめでとても嫌な気持ちになりました。

ものすごい数の宿泊者，そしてたくさんの日帰り客。 こんなに混んでいる温泉宿が，格安大手チェーンホテル以外にあったなんて。 ほぼ満室のようだ。 ここ数年，1.5万円前後の温泉宿ばかり泊まっているが，公共の宿を除けば，繁盛している宿は，少ない。 この宿は，改装も，ていねいにされている。 料理も極上ではないが，どの品も悪くない。 温泉は，ぬるみがあって，保温力もある。 客が多い宿では，深夜に入浴するにかぎる。 客が多いと，心理的に圧迫感があるが，なるべく気にしないにかぎる。 客が多いのは，どんな商取引にせよ，そのときの流行りのせいでないなら，客が値打ちだと感じているからだろう。 値打ちな宿，自分にとって価値ある宿は，口コミだけでは，なかなかわからず，あたりをつけて，泊まってみるしかない。 この宿は，団体客を集客するのが，上手なようだ。 団体客たちは，ご機嫌のようすだ。
